Have never had to get my fingerprints taken for a job, but I came here to get it done! I am glad that I came here, Mr. Burton shows exceptional customer service skill, very friendly and helpful! There was a comedy show put on for us to watch while the paperwork was being done also. Prices are very affordable, expedient service as well! I would definitely go here again if I had to and recommend anyone else to come here! They also do DNA Paternity Testing and Mobile Notary Service. read more

Next Level ID - Digitizing Services Near Me - Vallejo, California

The office is actually located on the second floor of the building. Just remember this because the directory at the front door does not include Next Level on it! I needed a Livescan screen due to finding a new job. I called before my actual visit and asked about rates. I am guessing that Mr. Burton is the only one who operates the office? I believe that he was the one I spoke to on the phone and dealt with in person. He was very customer-oriented and gladly answered any questions that I had. You can actually utilize the company website to schedule your own appointment for services that are offered. I found this to be extremely convenient. Past employers have ALWAYS paid for my fingerprinting, so for me the price for Livescan services is a little steep. I was charged $80 for an FBI and DOJ clearance. But I assume that most people charge a good amount for this particular service regardless of where you go. I can't hold this against him and his establishment. I will most likely return in the future if I ever have to pay for my own Livescan (which I hopefully never have to do). read more

I was in need of a LiveScan and looked at the state website for approved vendors and saw NextLevel ID. I visited NextLevel ID's website and was able to book a same day appointment later in the afternoon. Once I arrived at the business, I was greeted and asked a few basic questions. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. It took about 5 minutes to complete my actual LiveScan without any problems and was in-and-out of there in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable compared to similar places that offer the same service. It did, however, take over a month and a half for them to cash my check. I would definitely recommend this place for all your LiveScan needs! read more

I needed a livescan to begin employment. I called on a Monday with no answer. I texted the number in the voicemail with no response. So I stopped by and no one was there. I tried to call again the next day (Tuesday) with a follow up text and finally got a response and set up an appointment for Thursday . I showed up and no one was there. I texted and let them know I was there and got a call that they had to attend to a family matter. That was understandable but also frustrating since I would've hoped for a courtesy call. They said they would be there in 20 mins which turned out to be 40. When I finally had my appointment we had to reschedule since they didn't know which was the appropriate livescan based upon the form, which was fine. I asked to reschedule the next day (Friday) and they said they'd let me know in the morning. I never heard anything. I followed up with a text Friday morning, no response. I followed up with a second text the same day asking if there were openings Monday... you guessed it NO RESPONSE. read more

Price of fingerprinting was cheaper than going to the Solano County Sheriff's Department in Fairfield CA. Loved on their website that you can schedule your own appointment immediately. While waiting to get fingerprinted, there is a comedy dvd playing so that customers can relax. read more

We had some miscommunication in the beginning and appointments had to be rescheduled, but their customer service turned everything around! They were very accommodating and provided me with 3 fingerprint cards. The process was very easy, and was comfortable. Not to mention, this helped me get my new job. Despite the miscommunication about appointments in the beginning, I was mostly impressed by the customer service they had provided to go above and beyond offering a solution. Bonus: location is easy to get to with easy parking. I would recommend them anytime. read more

I first met Mr. Burton four years ago when I was applying to a credential program. He has worked with the school where I teach for several years, providing Live Scan services to parent volunteers and new staff members. This week I scheduled an appointment online for ink fingerprints for an out-of-state credential. His wife helped me this time. She was as knowledgeable, kind, and helpful as Mr. Burton. Next Level ID services is superb, friendly, knowledgable and competitively priced.

Just did a Live Scan here. It was fast, easy, and efficient--very professional. A+ service. read more

My 1st experience with this company was through my volunteer job that took care of the contact, fees and appointment. The environment was warm and inviting. Mr. Burton was a great conversationalist and had good comedy DVDs to watch while I waited. A few months later I needed another live scan and did some research ... Out of the 7 companies I checked Next Level ID was the most reasonable. With the exception of Solano County Sheriff Department the other companies share their office space with other businesses which made it hard to find, more expensive and absolutely no privacy. Next level ID get the highest rating and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services read more

This place is awesome, quick, and efficient! I got a same day appointment after standing in line at the DMV for an hour so you can imagine my face and mood when they turned me away saying, "You need a Live Scan with this form." I wanted to pull my hair out. Next Level ID's office was my sanctuary and Praise The Lord the gentlemen running the show had comedy on the television! Yay! He saw me earlier than my appointment, fingerprinted me in a Live Scan and away I went back to the DMV! I highly recommend Next Level ID! read more
