This place has incense burning so strongly that I had to leave and sit in my car while my husband did the preliminary w notary. I had to go back in and the incense was terrible. Will never go here again. I now have a headache and my throat hurts. Toxic read more

Went in for passport photos and was pleased by the quick and efficient process. I was able to review my photos prior to printing, too. Had no idea that can also complete and process your passport application and/or mail it out for you (both at an additional cost). Staff were very friendly and professional. read more

While visiting my hometown Fairfield from New York, I had just finished a 3 day family reunion where I had 4 disposable fujifilms I wanted to get developed before traveling back. Fairfield unfortunately doesn't have any small local owned photo labs (only your Walmart, Walgreens, CVS etc). I called in advance and the staff was super helpful answering my questions and ensuring I could drop off my film before closing to get it processed. Turn around time for me was next day (given my travel constraints so they made an exception) and they were so accommodating to the point of extending a very kind offer I couldn't say no to that made it easier to get my prints in a timely manner. It was a seamless process and I felt very cared for! Thank you to this team. I've already shared with family and plan to return whenever I am in the area and need any photo needs. read more

Got films for my camera. The wife was really friendly. Nothing to complain about but will see how they do with developing my films.

Family went above and beyond to talk to me about a recent transaction I'd made. An emotional overreach on my part. The phone call wasn't expected but very much appreciated. Thank You so much. read more

They have always been immediately available. I've never had to wait. I think they generally have two notaries on hand at a time. Rapid service, courteous, efficient. And very reasonably priced as well at $15 per each notary. read more

Very nice, personalized service! The setup is professional, and the studio space is great for taking photos. I needed European passport photos, and they knew exactly what was required -- I walked in without an appointment, and they got everything done in just a few minutes. The pricing was reasonable, and it's so nice to have this level of professional service right here in Napa. Highly recommend! read more

After having this business bookmarked for months for future passport photos I finally went for my kids. Passport photos were done for my 1 toddler (20 months old and child and got charged a miscommunicated amount. Initially after finding out I was frustrated and disappointed. Then I heard back from Nica and we spoke and she made it right. Customer service and follow up like that is what makes a business great in my book. I appreciate it, Nica! Now that is why this business gets the ratings it gets. Thank you again. read more

Called Tuesday morning 01/09 to inquire about a bunch of old film I've found while sorting through my deceased mother's belongings. 35mm, 110mm and some other I've never seen nor heard of before. (Disc film) I spoke with Nikha, who informed me they were "running film" that day (implying a faster turn around time) and if I could get it dropped off asap. awesome. Upon arrival, while discussing cost, she informed me there are two charges, ONE CHARGE for the actual processing of the film, (and the time and effort that goes into that being non-negotiable non-refundable (which I can appreciate), and a SECOND CHARGE for how you'd like receive those processed images: either prints (more expensive) or scans to a thumb drive (which they recommended as more "eco friendly and efficient"). I was a bit caught off guard when asked to pay for our order upwards of $600 order ahead of time. I don't know if this is standard but we did have a rather larger order. About 30 "rolls" of film total. Over the course of 12 days Nikha was handling our project, she never reached out to update us on how things were going so by day 5 and 10 I was calling for updates. We were Set to pick up Saturday but it glad I thought to call before heading out because and she pushes me to Monday for a "final quality inspection". Overall, It's a bit of a gamble, as I've learned, especially with old film/photos. I'm glad we decided to take the time and have the film developed, memories are priceless... but the image quality (subjective) just isn't there and a significant portion of the photos were too distorted to enjoy. read more

multiple times I have brought and a disposable camera to this location, and within a week or two, I get an email with all of the photos, and I can come pick up the physical princess as well. This system absolutely changed my life, to have these quality, disposable photos, on my phone and in my email forever, it's amazing. read more

First rate service and they do it all! I've had them restore old photos, take various media and scan it for digital use, notarize my will and take my babies' portraits and passport photos. Ive even been finger printed so that I could chaperon my kids field trips. Now they are printing my christmas cards, is there anything they can't do? Haven't run into it yet. I also love that it is a family owned and run business. read more

I went in, close to the closing hours, when two employees helped me wonderfully with my doing live scan and fingerprinting. The Hispanic staff was wonderful in also letting me take a passport photograph before the store closed on top of taking care of my letter mail shipment to be sent out the next business day by printing the shipping label. We needed a photo restored and enlarged for a memorial service for a family member. Nikha took such a personal interest. Very helpful employees. Quick service and affordable prices .My order was created and printed and delivered in perhaps 20 minutes .

Wow, do NOT go here! Placed an order via email for passport photos for my child, then went to pick them up and had the door shut in my face. I had even called and spoken with a young woman working there (prob same one that locked door on me) and she did NOT mentioned that they had changed their closing time from 6:30p (M-F) to 5:30p. That would have been helpful before I drove 40mins in commute traffic to be shut out. She just looked at me through the glass door and shrugged. Zero customer service. Not going back. Don't waste your time with this business - there are other (better) options!!! read more

We came in here to urgently get a new passport photo taken because the original place we went with downtown took the passport photo and it was denied by the US State Department. Photo Pro know what they're doing when it comes to passport photos (Walgreen no longer does this). Their photo setup is top notch. They really are pros, as their business name says, and are super nice to boot. They gave us passport photos that could be emailed to the state department and we are thankful the passport may still arrive in time for our trip next week. Fingers crossed. read more

Great local shop for in and out notary services with a friendly staff. We had a number of documents related to 401(k) rollovers that needed notarization, and were able to get them all done at a reasonable price, quickly, with a friendly staff in an as-safe-as-can-be-considering-we-are-in-a-freaking-global-pandemic environment (masks and the like worn). Super convenient. Can't speak to other services, but if they are on par you're in luck. Would recommend. read more

Passport photos: These people know what they're doing! Don't bother with anyone else. I went to FedEx and the poor person who probably wasn't trained well, so not her fault... Couldn't get the picture right. When I came here, it was full service! They knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish and even knew the kind of things that would make the picture unacceptable. For example, I had a scarf around my neck and my neck had to show. The FedEx person didn't know that. Big thanks to Abby! read more

I was in a pinch and needed a blown up photo of my dad the day of his funeral. Nika empathized with my situation and sprang into action, what she did was a work of art. The photo became the centerpiece of the viewing and everyone loved it. I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for her caring attitude and urgency. I have used photo pro for a few things in the many years I have been in Napa but they made a forever customer out of me this day. Thank you Nika read more
