While visiting my hometown Fairfield from New York, I had just finished a 3 day family reunion where I had 4 disposable fujifilms I wanted to get developed before traveling back. Fairfield unfortunately doesn't have any small local owned photo labs (only your Walmart, Walgreens, CVS etc). I called in advance and the staff was super helpful answering my questions and ensuring I could drop off my film before closing to get it processed. Turn around time for me was next day (given my travel constraints so they made an exception) and they were so accommodating to the point of extending a very kind offer I couldn't say no to that made it easier to get my prints in a timely manner. Called Tuesday morning 01/09 to inquire about a bunch of old film I've found while sorting through my deceased mother's belongings. 35mm, 110mm and some other I've never seen nor heard of before. (Disc film) I spoke with Nikha, who informed me they were "running film" that day (implying a faster turn around time) and if I could get it dropped off asap. awesome. Upon arrival, while discussing cost, she informed me there are two charges, ONE CHARGE for the actual processing of the film, (and the time and effort that goes into that being non-negotiable non-refundable (which I can appreciate), and a SECOND CHARGE for how you'd like receive those processed images: either prints (more expensive) or scans to a thumb drive (which they recommended as more "eco friendly and efficient"). I was a bit caught off guard when asked to pay for our order upwards of $600 order ahead of time. I don't know if this is standard but we did have a rather larger order. About 30 "rolls" of film total. Over the course of 12 days Nikha was handling our project, she never reached out to update us on how things were going so by day 5 and 10 I was calling for updates. We were Set to pick up Saturday but it glad I thought to call before heading out because and she pushes me to Monday for a "final quality inspection". Overall, It's a bit of a gamble, as I've learned, especially with old film/photos. I'm glad we decided to take the time and have the film developed, memories are priceless... but the image quality (subjective) just isn't there and a significant portion of the photos were too distorted to enjoy. read more

Ive even been finger printed so that I could chaperon my kids field trips. Now they are printing my christmas cards, is there anything they can't do? Haven't run into it yet. The Hispanic staff was wonderful in also letting me take a passport photograph before the store closed on top of taking care of my letter mail shipment to be sent out the next business day by printing the shipping label. Wow, do NOT go here! Placed an order via email for passport photos for my child, then went to pick them up and had the door shut in my face. I had even called and spoken with a young woman working there (prob same one that locked door on me) and she did NOT mentioned that they had changed their closing time from 6:30p (M-F) to 5:30p. That would have been helpful before I drove 40mins in commute traffic to be shut out. She just looked at me through the glass door and shrugged. Zero customer service. Not going back. Don't waste your time with this business - there are other (better) options!!! read more

We came in here to urgently get a new passport photo taken because the original place we went with downtown took the passport photo and it was denied by the US State Department. Photo Pro know what they're doing when it comes to passport photos (Walgreen no longer does this). Their photo setup is top notch. They really are pros, as their business name says, and are super nice to boot. They gave us passport photos that could be emailed to the state department and we are thankful the passport may still arrive in time for our trip next week. Fingers crossed. read more

We had a number of documents related to 401(k) rollovers that needed notarization, and were able to get them all done at a reasonable price, quickly, with a friendly staff in an as-safe-as-can-be-considering-we-are-in-a-freaking-global-pandemic environment (masks and the like worn). Passport photos: These people know what they're doing! Don't bother with anyone else. I went to FedEx and the poor person who probably wasn't trained well, so not her fault... Couldn't get the picture right. When I came here, it was full service! They knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish and even knew the kind of things that would make the picture unacceptable.
