I reached out because I needed to get an FBI background check for clearance. The good: Picks up the phone, she's polite and is convenient to have her come to you. The bad: Didn't offer livescan despite it being in the name and description of the business and services. Over the phone, she described the service as if she would take care of everything, but once she showed up, it turns out I had to do research online, fill out some other documents, go to the post office, etc. "I only do the fingerprinting" - she said. Despite me being explicit on my needs and expectations. I'm not saying this was deliberate; but if she had told me that over the phone, I would not have gone through with her. I waisted time and money getting something that was not what I needed. She did give me a free envelope which I think was a perk once she saw how disappointed I was. The weird: Services are done over the trunk of an suv and the fingerprinting process was incredibly messy; ink all over the place. She does carry wipes but the experience was almost comical because it all looked improvised. Definitely not discreet; she was saying the words "FBI" and "fingerprints" so loud, many times that a neighbor came after to ask me if I was in trouble. Bottom line: You want livescan? Go with someone else. For anything else, make sure you ask her how the process is, what she will do and what she would not do as part of your needs and expectations. read more

Her rate ($35 for 3 fingerprint cards) is significantly lower than others in the area (one quote I got said $25 per card).
