Top notch notary service! I needed a mobile notary who would notarize legal documents for my elderly & disabled mother at the care facility she lives at within San Francisco. I found Fanny at FLS Notary Services, thanks to my fellow Yelpers. Fanny responded to my email quickly with a message to text her, which I did, and within 10-15 minutes, she coordinated with me to set up an appointment for my mother & I. Fanny showed up promptly on time on the day of our appointment and was very efficient at getting through four documents to notarize for us. To make everything even better, she is fluent in Cantonese which was helpful to my mom. Fanny, rates are very, very reasonable and it was easy to pay her using Venmo (she also takes cash or check). She charges an amount for the travel distance (which is a reasonable amount within SF) and a rate for each signature to notarize. She is pleasant, experienced, professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs her services. Thank you, Fanny. read more

Met same day and made the process super easy. Responded to all my messages very quickly

Fanny is extremely professional and thorough. I found her via ChatGPT when I asked for "Cantonese speaking mobile notary in San Francisco." She was the top result, but shockingly, she was the only one of the 4 who I contacted who returned my call. Highly recommended and would contact her again if the need arises. read more

Fanny helped me last minute and was very patient with a client of mine while he was in the middle of normal business operations. Really appreciated her thoroughness, flexibility and punctuality. She also traveled to meet us at his place of business for an added charge which was so helpful! Thank you Fanny! read more

I had a positive experience with FLS Notary Services. Fanny assisted my mother with a document and the process was fast and easy.

Very professional in a home setting. Easy parking in area a big plus. Got what I needed faster than fast food.

Fanny was responsive, offered reasonable rates, was able to travel to my location and bring two witnesses. In person, they all abided by my requests: masking due to an immunocompromised family member, and removing shoes. Fanny and the two witnesses were patient, focused, and deliberate. Fanny took her job seriously and made sure the forms were properly signed. read more

Fanny is an outstanding notary, professional, courteous, and highly competent. I called her with a same-day request, and she was able to accommodate my request and notarize the document efficiently. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I'll absolutely return to her for all future notarial needs and highly recommend her services to anyone in the SF area. read more

Fanny is terrific! We needed a notarized signature from my elderly MIL with a very short turnaround time. Fanny not only accommodated our timeline in her busy schedule, but arrived early to the nursing home facility. She was clear and patient in communicating with my MIL about each step, making her feel respected and comfortable, kindly lending her "the good pen" that my MIL preferred. She's a complete professional! I will definitely reach out for any other notary needs. read more

We contacted Fanny by text to ask for pricing and what we needed to get some papers notarized on a Sunday. She replied within minutes. Since we were close by her neighborhood, we met and all was done in just 15 minutes at a good price. She's personable, professional, highly efficient, and accommodating. Just had a document notarized by Fanny at FLS Notary Services. When I messaged her this morning to inquire about an appointment, she responded in less than 5 minutes! I was hoping to swing by during her business hours, but she wasn't available then. She was so nice to accommodate me after her usual hours at no extra cost! When we arrived at her place, she offered us masks and wore one herself. I was very comfortable with the safety precautions; lets me know that she's very conscious of protecting the needs of herself and others. She was very friendly but professional and efficient. The procedure took less than 15 minutes. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to others! read more

It's hard to find a mobile notary service that will see you the next day and not charge a small fortune...but FLS Notary Services delivered! My elderly mother urgently needed a form notarized to continue receiving her benefits, and Fanny was at all times gracious and helpful (even when my mom was moving *so* slowly)! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you so much, Fanny! read more

Standard $15 per signature, but you must go to her place or she'll charge a $50 travel fee which is understandable. Lucky for me I live close to her. I texted her and within 3 minutes she responded. 12 signatures took less than 15 minutes. FYI if you have trouble going up the stairs to her house, she can do the notary outside of your car or if you are afraid of COVID she can also set up a table in her yard (if weather permits) read more

I needed a travel consent document notarized last minute and contacted several notary services in the area. Fanny is awesome. I will continue to use Fanny. I was going in for surgery on 12/28 and needed a legal document notarized. I set up an appointment with her on 12/27. On that day it was getting late and I didn't hear from her so I texted her. She responded right away. I was in such a rush I misread her earlier text where she indicated our appointment was for 12/28. It was already 8:00 pm and she was willing to meet up with me. I got my documents notarized. Thank you, Fanny, for being so flexible and so dependable. My mind was more at ease prior to my surgery the next day. read more

I reached out to Fanny about notarizing some documents for my parents and aunt. She was very responsive and we scheduled an appointment at her home on a Saturday morning with a large party, including witnesses. She was also helpful in coordinating the order for each member to sign, ensuring the witnesses can sign first and be dismissed as soon as their part was done. Our party of eight people signed three sets of power of attorney and medical directive forms within 40 minutes. We really appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service. Her ability to communicate with our parents and aunt in Chinese was a plus for us. Thank you Fanny! read more

Fanny was awesome to deal with and highly recommend. I got needed a notary to come out to UCSF Hospital very last minute. Needed a document notarized on a Sunday around 4pm to meet a deadline the next day. Found Fanny on Yelp, sent her an inquiry and she responded within 3mins. She was willing to drive to meet me (for an additional fee) but since I was already out on the road; I chose to make the 20min drive to her. Cost me $15 and we were in and out in less than 5mins. I will be sure to use her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a notary on short notice. read more

Fanny was wonderful to work with! I started with reaching out to her through Yelp and she responded quickly and well within 15mins! She gave me a quote for the notary services that I needed and best of all she had late hours! This was my biggest struggle because of the timing of when a lot of notary services like UPS are available which are only during the day! Fanny had evening hours and she was flexible! Also because of where I live, Parkside or Sunset area in the city, Fanny's location was very convenient for me as well! I've saved her info in my phone and will def be using her again when I need notary services! read more

Super responsive and clear via text, and super friendly in person! Great attention to detail as well. Highly recommend!
