I stopped by to get a document notarized. It costs $15 for each document that needs to be done. I called before I arrived to ensure there is a notary public present before I arriving because I stopped by at another neighboring UPS and they were not in. The notary public was very nice and friendly. For a saturday afternoon, there were a ton of people that stopped by to drop off packages and do errands. I did end up waiting about 15 minutes or so to get my document completely because of the amount of people in the store. Overall though, I would recommend this location to others. There is a large parking lot and street parking so it's easy to stop by. Though if you aren't a fan of small spaces, know that this storefront is VERY small and it definitely gets cramped when there is more than 6 people in line. read more

The staff at this location needs a lot of customer service training! Went in the afternoon. 2 UPS staff working. One tall guy was packing a box and the other staff, a lady was the only one processing returns etc. so only 1 line opened. Both staff were so busy talking about personal stuff and customers could hear what they were talking about. The lady was just scanning items without even saying hello etc to the customer. No thank you, nothing at all! Still busy talking about personal matters with coworker as the customer passed by the counter having items scanned. Why hire human beings if they will just act like a robot?! When customers are around focus on assisting them. Whatever personal discussion must stop. So unprofessional! read more

I needed a notarty public to sign some legal documents. I was surprised it was a young guy like out of high school or around that young age! Maybe he just looked young lol! He was GREAT! He was very professional and patient with us. Right before us someone gave the staff cookies for being so patient and good with the customer. I tried to give a tip afterwards because he gave such good and patient customer service-because at one point, we made a mistake and had to correct it so he had to print it up again and give a new pdf. He did so willlingly and cheerfully! So tried to give a tip, but he said he couldn't accept tips-oh....I guess, good to know, but I could see how being a notary public maybe you cannot accept tips-lol! So very professional. Anytime I need a Notarizer I am coming here-it was so easy, relaxed and efficient. So hard to find one in SF at a UPS or some storefont-they mostly seem to be mobile and you have to call in advance, so this place makes it super easy! 5 stars all around! read more

This place was a little tricky to find. My GPS led me to the T-Mobile/Lunardis shopping center. The UPS is actually down the little alleyway (aka Plaza Lane next to See's Candy) that connects the shopping center to Magnolia Ave. That said, I lucked out and found parking on Magnolia. The store itself is tiny, but Gabriel at the counter was friendly and professional and took care of my shipping needs. read more

The service level at this store has disintegrated. In the past, I've been able to come here and return Amazon packages and pick up packages and get other services. Always met with a smile and positive attitude, even when they needed me to do something different to get the service. This evening I took a box with a helmet in it that I had received from Amazon in a larger box containing a number of other items, and I was told that I had to go and put it in a box or I could pay them $10 for a box. Sometimes, it is not about what is being said, it is how it's being said. In this case, it only got worse from there. When I questioned this, the clerk whose name was jose got even more schmarmy and frankly offended me as a customer by implying i couldn't read. The crux? My helmet was in a box, and the box was unopened. Nowhere does it say on the amazon ap[p that it must e a formal amazon box or otherwise. When i pointed this out, he doubled down and implied i was somehow trying to pull a fast one. Jose (his name, he claimed) was the clerk, and he should be put in a non customer facing role. If I were you, I'd go to a different UPS store if you want to do a return for Amazon? They don't exactly do a good deed for Amazon in that regard on plaza lane/ The UPS Store on Howad is so much better... read more

Came twice to this store to get fingerprints done to become a volunteer at my child's school. I did it in October 2022 and husband did it recently a week ago. Service was extremely quick. Cost was reasonable. Staff was helpful when I inquired about mailboxes as well. Highly recommend for quick and friendly service. read more

Hands down my favorite UPS store location. Parking is a breeze, it's never too too busy and the staff are very nice. I've never not had a pleasant interaction here. I've seen some rude patrons come in with the most outlandish requests and staff always oblige them. I'm uncomfortable going most places during the pandemic but I've never felt unsafe here and that means a lot. Staff always supply hand sanitizer. They are diligent in between customers and try their best to answer questions and accommodate people. read more

This UPS store is the best! It may be small but it's mighty and has everything you'd expect from a ups store. I have a mailbox there and sometimes pickup my mail and other times have them forward it to me wherever I am. They've never failed me over the past 10 years, even during the height of Covid. Their notary services are quick, easy and always correct (amazing how many notaries don't know the latest rules, but these people do). And even when there's a short line to mail packages, it moves quickly. I've never seen the line longer than 3-4 people even at Christmas. If you're in or near Burlingame, SFO, or on highway 101, this is the ups store to use. Hello fellow Yelpers! Looking at my prior reviews, you can sense that I love great service when its provided; I am also passionate about promoting those businesses and the experience they provide. Unfortunately in this situation, I can't do that with UPS store #446 in Burlingam CA. I paid for a notary service and a 2nd day delivery for some important documents. Nichole (the person who handled me) took my money but lost the package at the store. This was unacceptable and a major inconvenience. When I called to follow up at the store, they took my name and number but never returned my phone call. Frankly, UPS store #446 is a scam and I DO NOT recommend anyone send documents through them if they want them delivered. UPS store #446 experience was a complete failure through my personal experience. I hope they see this feedback, pivot their execution of operations and provide do better for future customers. In the meantime, stay away. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for this UPS store because the service is consistently excellent, and this is definitely my favorite UPS store in the area! I've met several staff members there, and all are professional, kind, and very helpful. The owner is lovely to chat with and always very kind. Today Monica and Sameer were extremely helpful and patient (I had a handful of returns) :) and I felt inspired to write this review! They also practice social distancing (and encourage customers to), have hand sanitizer right by the door, and have plexiglass at the register. It feels very safe there. They also prop the door open for the ease of their customers. So grateful for this store! read more
