We needed programs for our father's memorial service in two days. We also wanted full bleed. Not many companies provide that with that quick turnaround. But these guys not only provided it but went above and beyond with their press checks. They noticed that graphic elements in the digital file did not come out in the printed version. This is HUGE. Most companies that let you upload digital files and approve for print, just run with what you provide (you approved it right?). But these guys went the extra mile to make sure, and called to ask us to redo with differing variations so they could do a test run. We then got it right the first time. all programs were printed, scored, folded and assembled within 12 hours after my last contact. They went above and beyond and we are forever grateful. Had a custom wedding invitation (z-fold) that i couldn't get printed normally online (think of zazzle, shutterfly, zola, minted, etc i tried it all). The guys at copy xpress was super responsive, the color was a bit off when they printed the sample due (RGB vs CMYK color matters yall) and they were able to adjust it as close to the colors i needed it to be to match my wedding theme before we printed the entire batch. They also cut and folded at no additional cost which was a plus as other places quoted me extra for this service.
