Do NOT use this service. They strung me out on a simple print job - some notecards. Repeatedly gave me wrong time estimates and made excuses when I asked about timing. Finally, weeks after they were promised I received samples. Made some minor changes and approved them. Pointed out we were now close to my deadline. They said the job would be ready but then out of nowhere a problem with the toner for their printer. They printed my cards anyway and not surprising they didn't match the samples they were grainy and fuzzy with less saturated colors. Two employees on-site agreed they did not match the sample. So I leave the samples at their request and they say they will work on how to fix it, though now I may miss my deadline because they are waiting on the toner (which, presumably, would not have been an issue if they had honored earlier promises of when things would be ready). Later that day I get a call - now they say they wont re do the order and the manager claims he sees no difference. At the same time they tell me I can't have the samples back because they need to show them to the printer service person to show them the difference (the one the manager claims doesn't exist!??!). This is very shady and now I'm left with months of work and nothing to show. And I've been gaslighted on top of it. Needless to say I will miss my deadline due to the fault of this shop and their repeated delays, mistakes, and now lies and inconsistency. I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you want things done in a timely and honest way and / or if you think your product should match the samples they provide. read more

I do not recommend Minuteman press . Their attitude is so bad that I even asked them to stop asking me to write a review....but since they did.....here it is . I have used them several times and will never go back . There was one worker there that was pretty good that I could work with , but he is no longer there for some reason . They always have excuses for not having things done on time or not returning calls . They whine about the cost of paper and ink ! They also don't do what they advertise that they do . Like "blueprints"...Unbelievable !!!! I found an awesome printer just down the street , they have all of my business now . Also , parking was always a problem for me . Ironically , after waiting two days for an estimate that I never received , Minuteman suggested that it would be more cost effective for me to find another printer since they were so busy and had made a mistake in saying that paper is cheap .........True story ! My new "Blue" printing company down the street had my order done by the next morning and the staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable ! read more

I got these guys to print out 100 copies of a fairly big poster and each one came out great! It was much much cheaper than Kinkos too. At Kinkos I would have spent $600 for the same job but I only spent around $300 here, plus Minuteman did all the trimming and made sure everything was scanned right (shading, positioning, etc).
