I can't recommend Precision Graphics highly enough. I'm an art student who needed a project printed on two 30x40 foam boards. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, I walked into Precision Graphics' office to see what they could do. The service was prompt, friendly and efficient. They had proofs on several different types of paper for me that same day, and the boards were mounted and finished the next day. The colors are EXCELLENT, very accurate to my original artwork. What's going on? I submitted an online form for a quote. Nobody reply. I then called them. They said will send me email. Nobody send. Then I called again and talked with an employee called Jenifer. She gave me a quote for 20 piece of 14'x14' canvas print without frame. She wanted $50 each!!! I kindly told her with this price I can buy online with frame and stretching. She just reply "go ahead". So expensive and rude! I am sorry for the owner to have an employee like this. read more

I just got my giclee prints back after sending a file to this shop yesterday. Not even a 24 hour turnaround! Jenny was incredibly sweet, friendly, responsive, and quick to get my project started. Even though my project was a small run at only 6 prints, Jenny and the team didn't shove me to the bottom of the line. They offered me a proof before printing so I could see the quality. I had an amazing experience with Precision Graphics. My fiancee and I were trying to get our wedding invitations printed before leaving for a trip and so we ended up being on a tight schedule (not to mention a tight budget). We went through 3 other printing services around the area and all of them just ended up being a waste of time. Some said the earliest that they could complete our order was 5-6 business days (we needed it in ~3 days) or they couldn't accommodate our volume (minimum 500). Note we wanted to round the corners so it made printing a little more complicated. Finally got in touch with George at Precision Graphics and he was very responsive and professional to help us get our order done. Within 24 hours they not only completed our order (with rounded corners!), they also looked amazing! It looked exactly like what we had envisioned, and they even beat their estimated completion date by a whole day (they promised Friday so we were surprised when we got an email on Thursday saying it was done!) Overall we needed a pretty simple digital print (5"x7" one-sided color print on 16pt uncoated cardstock w/ rounded corners) on a very tight schedule and Precision Graphics was perfect for us. read more

First off, consider me a lifetime customer. They were extremely helpful, Michael in particular!, showing and explaining all of the different types of material I can print my artwork on, noting what the pricing differences would be with each material. They send you (via email) a proof of what the finished product would look like as well, something the last printing service I went to did Not do, so that was greatly appreciated. Their workspace is a living testament to the work they produce as well: Decorated throughout are examples of their vibrant, eye-popping banners, visually stunning canvases and wall art. I only came in to have one print made for a commission, but I definitely plan to come here more to make large orders for my art prints -- convenient as I live only a minute away, and the place I used to go to was in the ass-end of Stevens Creek Blvd. I Highly recommend this place to any artists, both up-and-coming and renowned alike! read more

These guys are a very valuable resource for me. I'm a graphic artist who works for a medium sized pharma company in the area and they have been the most accommodating printers I've yet to work with. They are always willing to offer advice on saving money by suggesting different paper or layouts of my pieces and they are so quick to drop off proofs and make changes at the last minute. Their delivery is quick as well, most times delivering to our local facility in the Bay Area as well as finding the cheapest and most reliable methods of drop shipping. Mark Charles, our rep, has been great to work with and really knows the printing industry and what will work and what won't work, saving much valuable time in layouts. I also use them for my freelance work mostly printing and drop shipping large format scientific posters in the US and Europe.
