I went to Kinko's first because it came up first in my copy store search, and not only could they not copy my art for some inane reason, but I stood in front of the counter without even so much as a hello for longer than it took to get the copy done at Copy Corner while petting a nice store doggie, and listening to the family run their business. It stinks to leave a bad review of a family owned business, but 1. They have a sign up requesting people to leave reviews, and 2. Maybe I can save someone the headache that I've had. I've used them before and was kept waiting all day when they said my job would be ready at a certain time. Today, my document had a corrupted page so we had to go back and get a new one. Then I realized they only printed 20 of the 35 copies even though I know I paid for 35. So back to copy corner after work. They misunderstood and printed the wrong document and I'm still waiting. Not that it would change anything but an apology or basic courtesy for my wasted time would be appreciated, but maybe this is just par for the course here. If you have any sort of deadline you're wanting to meet or are on a time crunch then don't come here! read more

This locally, family run business did a great job getting some menus printed for me. It was easy to email the files over and Emma touched base with me to give me an estimate of when they might be finished. She stayed late to finish the job and get them to me same day. We needed various sizes of a number of files and some mounted on foam core. I was surprised Emma said they could 100% get them to us same day and very pleased with the quality of the work. I had a rush job for work and they were incredibly fast, responsive and helpful navigating a number of issues which arose (all of which were my issues, not theirs). I like supporting local businesses and mom and pop operations, but it took me a few tries before I was able to use them because of their limited hours. When I finally went I was surprised at the efficiency and great service I received, not to mention that for the same job, I paid at least $30 less than Kinkos. Also they shrink wrapped my copies which made it easier to deal with. (It's the little things, people) Service was very friendly and there's plenty of parking. Also very close to other great local businesses to check out if you're waiting for your job to be completed. Mine only too took 15 minutes so I only got to view Buttercream's bakery goods. I'm definitely a customer for life but I may still have to use the corporate ones when I'm cramming to get projects done on weekends and at night. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I had to constantly follow up with them to see if my cards were ready.. I finally showed up in person and they said they "called me" which they never did... anyway it was my mistake for not opening up the box of business cards I ordered right then and there because when I got home all of my cards were completely off center and looked terrible... you would think that a business would triple check their product before having it leave the building... I asked them if they could please fix it and they said they would "look into it" they never followed up until I finally went in AGAIN and they tell me I have to pay more money for a new batch... do NOT do business with this place. They have no passion or drive... there is a lazy woman with glasses and her daughter that mostly work there but I'm sure it's owned by the bald gentleman that is equally useless... read more

Needed a color copy of my drivers license for my job. Employee told me it's illegal; hummmm. Correct me if I'm wrong but you can scan or copy things in any color at self serve places. This place seems outdated in assisting the needs of the customer. Napa needs a self serve fax and copy center for those of us in need. Will not be returning. read more

I think it's important to support your local, small "mom and pop" businesses, however in the case with The Copy Corner, you are better off with Fedex or Staples or ANY other business that provides this service. I used their service at least 3 times and all times I had a bad experience, I spent almost over $500 in total. This small company is in dire need of a buy out or at the very least a course in "professional, friendly delivery" aka business 101, keeping customers happy and flowing in. I did read the negative reviews on yelp and decided to use them anyway, HUGE mistake. The option for NO STARS and NOT GOOD BUT TERRIBLE! should be listed next to The Copy Corner. WARNING - they can't handle professional level projects. It seems their machines are always breaking down or there is some crisis they can't seem to get a handle on which results in shoddy work. It's so disappointing because they really do have a lot of potential. As I said, they should consider selling the business and let someone else that cares about serving the community with a great alternative to Fedex or the big box centers buy them out. Overall, they stink! Do not waste your time or money. read more

A long time family-owned Napa business with a great reputation. Most work is done right on the premises, by employees who care. Small jobs are no problem for them, and printing help and advice is always available in a casual atmosphere. I sometimes just email them my files and pick up the finished products later. They will even save files from year to year for repeat projects. Lots of easy parking there too. A relaxed and comfortable place to do business. read more

Complete waste of time. Unprofessional. Owner who is a likable guy, quoted me a price and a 4-6 day turnaround. I ordered based on that price/timeline. Ha. Took them 6 days to proof simple one word changes and they also added unrequested changes to the order I had to correct, god knows why, that still baffles me. Finally they finish a simple proof 6 days later not "turnaround 4-6 days" and then tell me the owner quoted me wrong and it will be more than double the price! Wow. The owner misquoting seems odd as he has been doing it I think 20+yrs. Then instead of even communicate with the owner to attempt to resolve the issue the office gal Anna simply decides she has the power to override the owner, not involve him and emails me saying: "sorry you feel that way" after she knew I was upset. In a professional environment one would honor the price given to me by the owner (who wrote it up) and apologize for the confusion, delays, take a loss if need be in order to retain my business not push their mistake back to me the customer. At least bring YOUR mistake to YOUR owner who wrote it up to respect me the customer. Perhaps she did and I'm too small of an order for them to care about losing and that is exactly the thinking that is wrong in any business. We HAD plans to switch all our printing needs to them for local convenience but will stay with our regular printer and even pay a tad more but at least have our time, money and business be respected and appreciated which is absolutely worth the tad more. Sad they treat a local business owner with growing printing needs in this way. read more
