    do not lock your doors 5 minutes before closing. not even 2 minutes before closing and then look at me and shrug your shoulders.

The man who walked up to help snatching the items you need to pay for the tape and label. Of course, can you let me know how much it will be to ship. He offers me three options. Okay the 4 day shipping is fine. Which was $25. He asks if I would like insurance up to $100. He just kept looking at me. I'm like sir can you tell me how much it will be please 2 times. Third time, look sir I've asked you 3 times how much you are going to charge me for the insurance. Then oh it's free. Okay well if it's free add it please. Then he takes a tape measure out of the drawer and measure the box. Rings me up for $4 tape $25 shipping and $1 label. Total is $52. Sir can you explain the costs. The box is too big, even after he weighed it and asked me for the price I chose. He raised the shipping from $25 for 4 shipping to $40 with 4 day shipping. I said you changed the price and I don't even want to send the baby clothing now. The man said sorry, it's not my fault. Can I just have my receipt. I don't know why you changed the price for something I don't even want to send now. You lied. The faces popped up for me to review my service. He tried to block the screen and was mad I pressed the sad face. I won't be returning to this office for any further services.

We walked to the parking lot and I was overcome with the thoughts of how you don't get customer service like this anymore and I really appreciate it. Thank you to all the staff!

I was previously treated unprofessionally by one of the employees when dropping off a UPS shipment. Again today, the same employee spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner as I was dropping the packages for pickup by UPS. I am a 65 year old man and the employee is probably in his mid 20s. Inappropriate for any employee who is supposed to be representing the UPS brand to order a much older person to do something without a please. I looked at him, incredulous that he would behave so impolitely. He maintained his hostile stare so I reminded him that I was a customer, not someone who worked for him. It was at this time that the second employee, a statuesque black woman probably in her late 30s got involved. She said loudly "it' always the same s**t with you. Those packages aren't going out today. You can take them somewhere else." I again stared, incredulous. Things escalated with her telling me to "get the f**k out, bitch" and my telling her that she was a rude cow. She even advanced toward me to suggest that she was going to assault me. I took my packages back to my van and to the UPS store at the north side of town where I dropped them (in a very busy waiting area without incident.) I also took photos of both employees. Tomorrow I will be looking into who owns that UPS franchise and contacting that person as well as filing a complaint with the UPS customer care and lodging a complaint about Store #4516. Stay away if you have any sense. The inmates are running the asylum.

On the date of the incident, I visited this business to send a standard document envelope from Napa, California to Santa Monica, California. I explicitly requested the most economical ground shipping option with tracking. Instead, I was informed of the following: That USPS tracking was not available for my shipment; That I was required to use FedEx tracking instead; That the cost to ship a standard envelope would be $47. This pricing and explanation appeared inconsistent with standard USPS ground shipping services. Based on my prior experience using independent mail centers in Benicia and Glen Cove, similar shipments typically cost approximately $5-$13 and include tracking as part of the service. After leaving the business, I independently verified the issue: A USPS representative confirmed that the quoted price was not consistent with USPS Ground Advantage pricing; Independent mail centers in Benicia and Glen Cove confirmed that USPS tracking is normally included and that the $47 charge was significantly above standard rates; I later completed the same shipment at a different mail center in Glen Cove for approximately $13 using USPS Ground service with tracking included. This suggests the possibility that I was either misinformed about available shipping options or directed toward a significantly more expensive service than what I requested. The behavior I experienced may potentially fall under deceptive shipping or misrepresentation practices involving mail services, including situations where customers are: Told USPS services are unavailable when they are actually standard options; Directed toward higher-cost carriers without clear justification; Given inconsistent or misleading information about tracking requirements. I am also concerned about the potential impact on vulnerable individuals. While in the business, I observed elderly individuals and individuals who may have limited English proficiency, who could be more susceptible to unclear or misleading pricing practices. When I questioned the pricing and declined to proceed, I was met with a dismissive response, including the phrase "Welcome to Napa," delivered in a condescending tone. This interaction gave the impression that such pricing and treatment may be considered normal in Napa, which is deeply concerning as a consumer and community member.

    Convient location for me, but unlike a normal business, Hours of Operatuin appear to be flexible…read morewithout prior notice. I showed up at 10am because that is what is listed online. Seems pretty late for the rest of America, but that is their time listed. I show up and the door is locked with lettering saying they open at 10:30? Wth. So I wait and came back later. It says both online and at the door that they reopen at 2pm. So when I arrive the lady yells behind a screen that we open at 2:30pm. Wth? Then as I get service... I received a notice that I missed a package that requires a signature. That's why I'm here. The note said it's available for pickup at this Am Cyn location. They tell me it's in Vallejo. Wth? What happened to second attempts for delivery? I went online to schedule a ReDelivery. Website says that my package is both available for this service, and not available for the service. Ultimayely, It wouldn't let me Reschedule. So I head back to USPS Am Cyn, and... finally received my package. Now I'm glad it was there, but why wasnt it with a Carrier for ReDelivery? They only made one attempt.? All this Annex is good for is buying stamps having a PO box, or dropping off a pre-paid, labelled packages. Other than that, it's useless. I only live a block away, but I'm choosing to avoid this shack in the future if possible.
