I needed my Livescan done for employment quickly. Better Bookkeepers got me in and out super fast. Very friendly service!

Thank you to Teresa G. for your professional & friendly notary services! We were able to get a same day appointment, spent lest than 20mins to complete our paperwork, and the cost was reasonable & fair ($15/signature). Location is easily accessible off I-80 in a shopping center with plenty of parking. We definitely recommend them for notary services (and they do live scans)! read more

Just so everyone knows who needs a live scan done asap, this place only takes appointments now. I walked in and wasnt able to have it done. They have a sign on their front door that says you need to make an appointment. So just a heads up. read more

My wife and I went in for a live scan fingerprint. We simply walked in. No waiting. Fast and easy process.

Walked in today to get fingerprinted for a new job. I had to wait a few minutes but not a big deal. I had my toddler son with me & a gentleman brought out a toy for him to play with. Everyone there was great, but Alex who helped me, she was very friendly & personable! This place is very kid friendly & that made the trip way more enjoyable. Definitely will recommend Better Bookkeepers! read more

I had an appointment with them yesterday for a live scan, when I got there at 430 (the time THEY told me to come) the office was closed. They said they were opened until 5. I called them, left a message and I still didn't get a call back read more

Better Bookkeepers was hired by our company. Communication is terrible. Kristina is especially unprofessional. She will insist she warned you dozens of times, even if you only spoke to her once. Lastly, she likes to change an expense to something else without asking or advising and simply defends her right to do so as "IRS Rules." Even when you provide a valid reason/documentation, she provides an email saying your violating IRS Regulations. read more

The staff at Better Bookkeepers is exactly that... better bookkeepers! Often in small business ownership, we try to fill every position ourselves. This is one thing, I would highly recommend outsourcing. Kristina & her team have gracefully helped me navigate the waters of bookkeeping and record keeping for two small to medium sized business. My advice, don't wait! I am beyond satisfied with their performance. I would highly recommend Better Bookkeepers to my family & friends for any personal or business financial assistance. read more

We have used Better Bookkeepers for a long time. Khristie is very helpful! She has grown her business and good thing because she is someone you must hire! She's been a huge help to us with our two businesses and as well as our house financials. Look no further! She knows her stuff and is very efficient-she is reasonably priced. I will never forget the first year we used her to prepare for our taxes! She saved us so much money with her knowledge...that year we received a large return - I wanted to hug her through the phone. Every year is a good year with Better Bookkeepers-regardless if we owe or not - because getting ready for taxes is simple with her. My CPA ‍ has even complimented her on her work - confirming we have a good bookkeeper. read more

Had to get my live scan fingerprinting done to renew my RN license and while doing some research, found Better Bookkeepers and I have to say, EASY EASY EASY. Was able to get a same day appointment and when I found out I had a longer than usual lunch break, called them up to see if they can move my appointment up and they were more than happy to accommodate. The process took less than 5 minutes and the fees were very reasonable! Highly recommend Better Bookkeepers for their live scan service! read more

I needed a notary and this place was close to home. I walked in and was greeted by smiles (these days I am used to standing there being ignored by other businesses). Had a great conversation with the staff, had my business attended to in a professional manner and it was time to go home. Do I have to? l am enjoying myself too much. I agree with one of the other reviews, this place is a gem and I didn't even know they were there. A few days later I received very nice thank you card in the mail! I look forward to doing business with Better Bookkeepers in the near future! read more

Needed a notary and called several places who told me conflicting stories and prices. I went online a requested my info from Better Bookkeepers. They got back to me immediately and were polite and answered all my questions. Went in a few days later and was greeted by ALL the employees as well as being offered ice water as it was very hot that day. Not only did they do the notarization but also made me photocopies of everything at no extra charge. I am very impressed by this business and would recommend to all. read more
