I was in and out like the burger joint. Got the paperwork I needed for the DMV and I was all set. If you like hassle free assistance then Better Bookkeepers May be the place for you! Walked in today to get fingerprinted for a new job. I had to wait a few minutes but not a big deal. I had my toddler son with me & a gentleman brought out a toy for him to play with. Better Bookkeepers was hired by our company. Communication is terrible. Kristina is especially unprofessional. She will insist she warned you dozens of times, even if you only spoke to her once. Lastly, she likes to change an expense to something else without asking or advising and simply defends her right to do so as "IRS Rules." Even when you provide a valid reason/documentation, she provides an email saying your violating IRS Regulations. read more

They got back to me immediately and were polite and answered all my questions. Went in a few days later and was greeted by ALL the employees as well as being offered ice water as it was very hot that day.
