Went in to get live scan for granddaughter's field trip for school. Was told prints were not legible when taken and could come back after getting the rejection letter from the department of justice (DOJ). Went to the school district to get the rejection letter from the DOJ. Was then told by Angelman's that I needed a rejection letter from the FBI. Still have not received letter from the FBI. Won't get rescanned in time to attend field trip. Not sure why I was told that I only needed the rejection letter from the DOJ the first time when I needed an additional letter from the FBI. Clearly the prints were not legible from the beginning. If the prints are legible I should simply be rescanned. read more

I've had my live scan done a few times because of summer camps and precious jobs and had a go to place in the Bay Area. This is the second time I've used Angelman's Inc for live scan and each time the atmosphere has been so inviting. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with warm smiles and laughter. He gave us hand sanitizer right away, was warm and welcoming, and took my fingerprints in less than 5 minutes. That was the quickest I've ever had a LiveScan done! Went here for a pre employment screen. The folks who work and own this place are just amazingly super duper nice and helpful. I came in and was having a hard time giving a sample and so they just gave me time.. plus I had a little one running around but they didn't mind. Now, if you want to be treated like family going to an establishment/ service this is it. They do classes for cpr, notary, live scan, almost anything!!!
