The teacher Ron is easy to talk to and he really cares that you understand what he is teaching. He teaches you the main things you need to know and he's not boring. He also makes it fun and has games on his screen that connect with the mannequins you are doing cpr on. At the end he gives everyone a cpr mask on a keychain.

He works very efficiently & is going to help you get your certificate in a span of 2-3 hours & quite literally emails you the certificate after the test you take at the end of the class. He goes over the course as a whole and makes it impossible for you to fail the test. He also has a custom t-shirt shop in the same establishment and there was some work I recognized, 10/10 stars if I could give them. His shop is very clean and he practices good hygiene during courses with hand sanitizer and spray bottles of alcohol to clean supplies.

Bait and switch scam -- owner lied to me to try to get me to pay more money…read more I signed up for this course a year ago. Due to personal tragedy, I was unable to complete the course at the time. I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said I could reschedule for a reschedule fee of $150. A but steep, that's half the cost of the class, but awesome! It's been a year so I appreciated that. I paid the fee and did the class. As I waited to collect my card, the owner told me I owed $180. He said because it's been a year I had to pay full price, despite what he said in his email reply to me. I explained that I'd have understood if he'd originally told me it's been too long and the course couldn't be rescheduled, but that he should honor what he said in his email since he only brought up the extra charge right after I finished the course. He got defensive, said he's the boss, and he makes the rules. He got $330 for free from me a year ago, $150 now, and that apparently wasn't enough for him. His rules are apparently to go back on his word and pressure you to pay more money after wasting a bunch of your time. He started yelling so I left. That was an incredibly scummy thing to do to someone. Don't go here.

It was as if the business model was how they could do the least amount of work as possible and get people's money. I feel bad for anyone who is trying to get CPR certified for the first time and are left misguided that they are prepared after taking this joke of a class. 100% online prereq then not even an in person instructor? The "instructor" is through a screen in a warm windowless room with a couple mannequins and equipment. The AED not giving audible instructions for rhythm checks?!The skills are all "check the box" and onto the next. Thats not teaching people to be proficient, that's a scam. Again it's great and easy if you're an already experienced EMT or Medic and just need a quick recert. A 4 year old could seriously pass this "class." But to anyone looking to get their moneys worth and value out of this class look elsewhere. I was embarrassed to be there and as someone who has done CPR in the real world many times I'm offended they don't treat it more seriously. Lastly, I took the class with a father who was sincerely trying to learn so he could help his kid if God forbid something happened. ****The Lab, Injection Clinic, Radiology****…read more The Lab I recently had lab work done and their front desk staff always seem bitter. They don't smile, greet you, or appear friendly. Its like they are herding cattle. This is not the experience with the staff performing the blood draws. They are friendlier and professional. It's also nice they have gotten better at not having to poke around for those of us with tiny veins. Injection Clinic Got my flu and Covid shots recently. The Covid shot hurt more than the flu. Had 1 done in each arm by an LVN. She was efficient and friendly. The wait was approximately a 1/2 hour however you can drive through to the back of the medical center for these shots as well. Radiology Went in recently for imaging and the area was clean and quiet. There was no wait and the staff who assisted me were cordial. The equipment for mammograms has been upgraded over the years but there has to be a better way to do routine screening than smashing the girls to smitherins. Lol.
