She taught us some basic moves and a few fancy moves and then put it all together with our song. We had so much fun learning new dance moves! Her tips were very helpful! She made it easy! So we purchased 5 lessons with Ava and we are sure glad that we did! During the first lesson, Ava helped us pick out our wedding dance song -- she listened to a few of the songs and was quickly able to tell us which one would be best and most fun to dance to. We ended up doing a swing step! She is an excellent teacher. She crafted our wedding dance out of thin air and adjusted the dance moves to our skill level. She was amazing at pinpointing errors and helping us adjust arm movements to make the dance flow better. She taught us how to lead and follow, spin, turns, box step, and even a lift! Our guests were floored during our dance routine! Even a month after our wedding, my husband and I will break out into dance with the moves that we learned from Ava! It was one of the best investments we made!

This year (2025-2026) she was technically supposed to be in TK because her birthday fell just after the cutoff for Kindergarten but we requested a kindergarten readiness assessment at our local public school and she passed with flying colors! I truly believe her success is a direct reflection of the wonderful teachers and curriculum at TFH Preschool. The staff and teachers are patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child's growth. They provided the perfect balance of learning and play, building my daughter's confidence, independence, and love for school. My most favorite part was the faith-based learning; the kids practiced praying, learned how to pray for one another, and were encouraged to show kindness and gratitude every day. TFH didn't just prepare her academically, they helped her thrive socially and emotionally too. She made beautiful friendships, learned responsibility, and looked forward to going to school. We are beyond grateful for the foundation TFH Preschool gave her. It's clear that the care, structure, and creativity of this school set her up for success in kindergarten this year. I would highly recommend TFH Preschool to any family looking for a warm, enriching, and truly exceptional early learning experience!

The markers of a successful business are growth and retention. The academy has neither. Don't let them lie to you & tell you they have a waiting list. As their school gets smaller their goal size for a classroom shrinks with it. All 4 of my kids left here very unsatisfied. My oldest was falsely accused of making threats with no evidence to back it up. My middle was bullied for a year and a half. It was brought to the leadership of the schools attention over & over, Ms Barb & Mr Rob took no action. At parent teacher conferences in October we had two teachers bring it up & say they were trying to work on it. We saw no results. We left mid year. My girls both left over a year behind & required 6mo of intense tutoring at Sylvan. They had been working 1-2 with Ms Barb as their tutor twice a week for an entire school year prior to us leaving. She claims to work well with dyslexic children, but she missed it in youngest completely. I brought it up more than once because I have dyslexia. We have since got a diagnosis & the help she needs elsewhere.

First things first: I certainly didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either…read more Pros: clean, great toys and play areas, lots of classes, and absolutely incredible crafts. Mrs. Cindy is wonderful. The office staff is helpful. I appreciated that they did a weekly bible lesson with the kids. The events were very sweet. Cons: When they advertise they believe in play... They mean it. There is very little to no formal teaching done here. I suppose that this is ok if that's what you want... but coming from another pre-k where there was more of a balance between learning and play I felt like this was just glorified day care. Pick up/drop off made me feel like cattle. It's truly awful. Parents are made to wait in line and it takes FOREVER to drop off and then later receive your child. I also felt like there was not enough discipline and teachers didn't want to correct bullyish children. Time after time I would hear from my daughter and her friends about how aggressive a boy was to her and others in the class and the staff wouldn't do anything about it. When I brought it up to the staff they said "yes we are aware he has some aggression, and we talk to him about his choices." Um.... Okay. The issues continued throughout the year so I don't think talking to him helped, nor did it make other kids feel heard. That was irresponsible, and in my opinion PEP should have sent the kid packing. Another thing: the dreaded snack schedule. There are very specific rules about what you can bring and what you cannot... I appreciate that they don't want the kids to be consuming tons of sugar and candy. I can understand requesting that things like cookies and brownies not be brought. I was baffled at how often they allowed homemade muffins to be brought in (no nutrition label, high sugar). Muffins are essentially cake without frosting so this seems particularly hypocritical. Not only that, but my daughter has a severe corn allergy and was once fed a corn bread muffin another parent brought in. They were sincerely apologetic, and even called later to check on her. I know accidents happen, but if they would have had a muffin (or no homemade) ban this would have been avoided. Lastly, they are parking Nazis. I once was walking into the school with my arms full of grocery bags filled with healthy snacks, my 4 year old holding onto my arm, and a crying 2 year old who I had just woken out of a dead sleep tearing at me like a freaked out cat. I clearly could have used a hand and some grace. Instead, a woman came running out and told me to move my car which was in fact, legally parked but not in a space as I was planning on being in & out. The loving thing would have been to say "do you need some help? Let me grab one of those bags for you!". Instead, I was told to move my car immediately. So with my youngest child screaming bloody murder on my hip, my arms overflowing with a gallon of milk and 2 bags of groceries and a 4 year old at my side, I told the sassy office woman "not now, I'll be back in 2 minutes", went in, dropped off my stuff, and walked quickly back to my car feeling embarrassed and angry. Overall, I think PEP is ok. There's a huge wait list and so many people sing it's praises. Unfortunately, I think that's a lot more hype/eliteness talk then anything else. Because of our experience, we chose not to enroll my younger daughter here this year.

I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a business before. Absolute garbage program. This…read moreclass cost $177 a month (for 3 classes) and my kid has learned diddly squat and the portions of food he makes and comes home with is laughable. My kid has made pancakes (didn't pour them or cook them), no-bake cookie bites and "moose crunch". The pancakes he came back with were two cookie cutter size pancakes. There was 4 small No-Bake cookie bites. The moose crunch was literally Cheerios and a little bit of marshmallows and m&m candies in a snack size bag. There was no cooking whatsoever, he's done nothing but assemble ingredients and wash dishes. So he's come back home with $0.60 worth of ingredients. A $177 class! There is ZERO communication from this person. I got ONE email from her the entire time we were registered and it states they're going to charge parents for being late and will charge parents for takeaway boxes. This lady is LATE EVERY CLASS and she always ends the class early! Today was the ONE class my kids were to attend because SHE cancelled 2 of the 3 classes for the month so we got there at 10:00, as it says in the ONE email I got, and the lady at reception told me the class was moved to 9:30! This lady didn't bother emailing or calling or texting that there was a time change! I paid $352 for my two kids to NOT ATTEND EVEN ONE CLASS, and you better believe she doesn't bother reimbursing! I really wanted to love this program, my son absolutely loves cooking but WOW, I have never encountered such an unprofessional business ever.
