Great experience getting my Live Scan done this week. Alan was prompt for my appointment, explained everything fully, in detail, and had me out the door and on my way in 15min. It probably would have been a shorter visit but I had a few questions and he answered those happily. I've done Live Scans at other locations and Alan was the first person to kindly take the time to explain the process as well as give me a proof sheet to keep for my files. Great job Angelmanns. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so glad that I found this place! I needed to get a drug test for employment. I called Angelman's Inc, and they were able to schedule me the very next day IN THE EVENING. Otherwise, I would have needed to get it done somewhere else and would've had to leave work in the morning to get it done or drive over 30 miles to get it done over the weekend. Also, he was really nice and funny. And I love the free pen! I'll definitely be coming back if I need any other services since they also do live scan, first aid, and CPR. He is the kindest man you will ever meet! My boyfriend and I went here to get drug tested for a new job. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. The office is very clean and organized. He even has a water cooler for clients to have some water before their test, definitely was a plus for us as it was a urine test. Extremely rude customer service. When i emailed asking about an appointment same day the person who responded said they did not have anything, only one appointment the next day. I then said that time did not work if they happened to have anything in the afternoon anytime during the week. That person then responded they only had that one appointment as noted in the previous email. Didn't even try to schedule me in for another appointment during the week or next. I wasn't sure what to do when I was hired at my new job and needing to get a livescan done, I was not provided the form I needed so nobody could do my livescan for me. Angelmans was highly recommended to me online so I hurried over and saw the business was currently closed. I called the number posted on their door and the phone was answered on the first ring! Nobody was currently in but the owner said he was 5 minutes away and would come to not only provide me with the form but perform my livescan! It was such a humongous relief after not being able to track down a form, I was in and out with everything I needed for a MUCH better price than I expected as well! I usually never complain about services and I'm a very non confrontational person. This is the first time in my 23 years that I leave a review anywhere (so this says a lot). I called this place for a drug test and the man who answered (I didn't get his name but he sounded like an older man) was very rude from the start. His tone was just mean . At one point I asked him to repeat a sentence and he repeated it back in a ruder tone almost yelling like I bothered him even more. Then I said Thank you but i think i'm going to go somewhere else, and then he snarkly said have a nice day. It doesn't sound like a big deal but if you'd heard the way this man was talking you'd be angry too. Awful employee, he should learn to be more respectful towards humans. read more

I've had my live scan done by them twice. Once they came to my CNA school and did the live scan, nice and quick. The second time around I had to go to their offices for my job. Very friendly and explains what the live scan is and how important the paper work is because of all your information on it. Awesome that he takes time out to explain it because that piece of paper has your life on it lol.
