We had a problem with Iron Bacteria and Sulphur Dioxide (rotten egg) odors. After testing the water quality of our well Charlie designed a custom filtration system for us using facts, no guessing here. He took the time to explain the system to us and teach us how to maintain it after install. He installed a Greensand filter system with an automatic PotPerm backwash. Essentially a "set and forget" system with minimal maintenance. Charlie's work is clean and plumb. He's definitely not your average hack'n'slash plumber. The system has been running great for 6 months now with no issues. We appreciated the follow up call from Charlie to make sure that everything was working properly and to our satisfaction. read more

Charlie is a real pro, and you can count on great service! He knows about everything related to water systems. I first had the benefit of his services when our well failed on a weekend with guests visiting! Charlie was able to get the system back up right away. He was able to diagnose many wear issues of our aging system, which we eventually took care of in a separate visit.
