We spoke with Aaron. He was able to drive out to West Point, California to look at our well pump. We had no idea what to do when the pump started to go crazy. He fixed it. It was less than $500, thank God. We tried another place but they never showed up. This guy was very reliable, honest and kind. read more

Called them at 1:30pm and they were here by 2pm and water was back on by 2:45. I appreciate the fast service and quality work, especially after the GROSS service that I received from another well company the last time we had an issue. read more

Very happy to get my well straightened out - definitely feel secure that everything is working properly now. They repaired a cracked valve on my pump that was causing it to stop pressurizing. While they were there, we went ahead and added a sediment filter too. Asked about other enhancements and they didn't perform any unnecessary work - greatly appreciated! Service calls are $180 and labor is $160/hr. read more

A pipe on our well was broken in half in this big storm, I called at 10pm and left a message. They returned my call in less the 10 minutes. The well was fix the very next morning, the 2 gentleman who came to repair it were very nice and had it all done quickly. A little pricey but pluming always is, so appreciative of the speed repair though. read more

I have been tripping over good luck my entire life and, and my recent discovery of R&M drilling is no exception. When the above-ground plumbing upstream of the pressure tank on my Galt/Herald area property sustained damage during high winds last winter, I called R&M Drilling after no one from any of a handful of companies in the immediate area returned my call. Mike answered the phone, I described the problem, and he was on site within an hour or so to quickly and efficiently effect the repair at a very reasonable price. That was then. This is now... When my water pressure began to noticeably degrade this summer, I called R&M Drilling without even considering anyone else. Mike gave me some great, easy-to-understand advice over the phone and suggested how I could easily narrow down the source of the problem. We soon determined that the issue likely involved the 27-year-old, 5 HP, 65 GPM submersible pump and Mike scheduled a service call. Aaron responded that afternoon to perform some testing and further diagnosis. By the afternoon of the following day, Aaron, Joey, and Billy had installed a new pump/motor/control box, new wiring, necessary replacement and enough additional pipe to lower the pump another 42 feet. They had my well producing better than it did the day it was drilled. I'm looking forward to the reduced electrical costs and the benefits of a much more efficient system and I cannot thank the people at R&M (Mike, Tiffany, Aaron, Joey, and Billy) enough. They are extremely knowledgeable, amazingly timely and efficient, honest and helpful as the day is long, and very personable. If you desire quality work by skilled technicians in a timely manner at a very fair price; all delivered with refreshing honesty, straight talk, and a firm handshake, look no further than R&M Drilling. Once you do, the biggest headache of securing water well service - deciding who to call and waiting for them to call you back - will cease to be a problem. read more

We cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. The weight they lifted off of our very stressed shoulders was immeasurable. We weren't sure what we needed when the water pressure in the whole house went practically to zero. We have an 80k +- pool that has to constantly be maintained and we were not able to run the filtration system. The three man team that came out were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They let us know what they were going to do, made us aware of the possible issues and prices before pulling the pump out over 150ft. Totally recommend them and will be calling them back for any future well related problems! Great job guys! read more

In a pickle when the pump went out on our well on a Friday morning before a 3 day weekend! Originally called Machado's'-, who has retired and they recommended we reach out to R&M. We are so thankful to get this referral. R & M had our pump replaced and we were up and running the next morning! Can't believe what great and professional service. We were in no position to "shop" for competitive quotes so we were so appreciative to get a fair price AND great service! Thank you read more

Woke up to no water this morning. Called R&M at 6:30am and someone actually answered the phone. A guy showed up at 8:30am and changed a "pressure switch" which was luckily an easy fix. 30 minutes later everything was working. These guys are the best! read more

This is the best company I have dealt with for my home since I purchased it. I reached out on FB and a friend recommended this company. The first company I had come out tried to cheat me so I got R&M drilling as my second opinion. They saved me thousands on my pump. As a single mother not familiar with the pump system I had on my property, they came out right away, explained to me in detail what was wrong with the issue and said it wasn't at all what the first company tried to tell me. They told me I didn't need to replace my entire pump but one simple part 20 foot down called the Morrison Bleeder. It took them only one hour to fix the problem. The son of the company, Trevor and his work partner came out , worked well as a team and fixed the pump quickly- showing me their work as they went and explaining to me the issue with the air in my lines and why I was having problems . THEN.... after only having to pay a bit over $300 instead of the $4,000 Morman's tried to rip me off for... Issue completely fixed. So to get my money back from my home warranty they needed to talk directly to the owner of R&M drilling for approval. The owner stayed on the phone with me ON HOLD IN A THREE WAY CALL with my warranty company for OVER 45 minutes- so that I would get my money back. Now that is THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. He was on a job and legit stayed on hold with me so I could get reimbursed! Who does that!?!Great company. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Bypass all other drilling companies for your well work. I'm a local girl from Linden/ Stockton. They will now be my go to company. Thank you for being honest hard workers. I appreciate your fair prices and customer service. read more

Things happen at the worse times. When the water went out for a rental home, I did like most people and "googled" drilling companies near me. R&M came up & I called the number. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike, the owner answered the phone almost immediately. I explained the situation and told him where the home was located. Mike was at the home in less than 30 mins. He assessed the situation and determined the pump needed to be pulled & possibly replaced. With time of the essence, I was beyond relieved to know Mike could have his guys there within a couple hours. The crew was punctual and very professional. Before I knew it the old pump was pulled and the new one was being wired in. They had water restored to the tenants in no time and it was a HUGE HUGE relief as this was a Friday (of course!). The price was doable but the service was top notch. I will gladly recommend them and most definitely use them for any future needs. read more
