This lab is amazing. Dawn does an amazing job drawing my blood. She is able to get my tricky veins every time and without any pain. She puts me at ease and comfortable. They always take me back early when I have an appointment. Highly recommend! read more

Staff was rude did not care about anyone's health. .my wife had a 5 day pee test i returned it today at 9::00 am I knocked at the door I was told to wait she was with a patient which was ok ,however when it was my turn I was told I had to wait again because she had look it up my wife's name was on the container along with the start and complete date.when I was finally let in she could not find my wife's name I had to write it down.she proceeded to tell me l had to come back with the paper work SHE DID NOT GIVE MY WIFE ANY PAPER WORK!!!. I tried to explain i had heart clinic appointment the container would have stay in a hot car for at least 3 hour. She did no care I then made a comment that customer service was lacking. She told me I could no come back my wife had to bring it back. If I had an employee like that she would be FIRED !!!!!! . read more

Went today and they are wonderful. I always have a good experience here. They were fast and efficient. I did have an appointment.

Got here at 11 AM. I signed in with no appointment and waited until 12 o'clock when he told me that he had to go to lunch, which is understandable but then you didn't tell me when he gets back. I have to re-sign in then there will also be appointments being taken first so in a nutshell, I waited three hours for no reason very unprofessional only one person, taller, white, bald guy no customer service experience seems like he hates his job in life travels here because they can't get the store staffed. Took my daughter here, the other day. They had a trainee do her blood test, unsupervised. The girl knocked the needle out, then said she had to get help. My daughter was asking why. Didn't get an answer. Apparently you can't reuse a vein, if you do that, for a couple of weeks. So they had to use her wrist. They hurt her really bad! They told her she'd have to come back later, because she was in so much pain. NEVER ONCE did ANY OF THEM at least APOLOGIZE for hurting her so bad! Now I have to get her to go back! HORRIBLE!!! We sure won't go back to this location! My daughter is so kind. She even said, the trainee had a gentle touch, and everything was fine, until she knocked the needle out. A kind word from the one who was injured by them! SHAME ON YOU FOR HURTING SOMEONE, AND NOT EVEN DOING THE DECENT THING, APOLOGIZING FOR THE PAIN YOU CAUSED!! Who do you think you are, anyway?! Website says they are only open 2 days a week, got there, signed in and was told no, I'm going to lunch. At 1030am, no lunch hours posted, other patients waiting complaining as well. Sad. read more

Drove here from 50 mins away to take a drug test before I went to work. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they stopped drug screening at 11AM. The young girl was super sweet and let me know they stopped a little while ago. An older women in the background made very snotty remarks when she didn't even need to talk at all. I was able to find another clinic that was open on the same day that was still on my way to work. Would definitely never come here again based on the older women having nothing nice to say read more

Trying to get a morning appointment in the quest at martell is horrible, I got an afternoon appt, but was in the area, The tech was out with a message saying she would be back. I waited . when she came back she asked if I had a quest appointment. This was around 1030 but no one was in the waiting room or standing outside. I told her yes at 1:00 she said fine see you at 1:00. I told her no one was there. My intent was to see if there was an earlier open time but she just shined me on. I went fine. Drove to Sutter hospital which had a nice waiting room. they were happy to see me with no appointment. Sutter had me in and out in about 15 minutes. My results were in to me that afternoon. It's sutter for me from now on and no more understaffed Quest problems. read more

Amazing service from both girls that work there. I was taken in by a girl I believe her name was Jen or Jennifer, I heard both. She was an amazing phlebotomist. The other lady that works there,Dawn, is absolutely sweet and such a joy to be around. I've never met nicer healthcare workers. Got me in and out of there with no hassle. I had to go have blood drawn from Quest the other day, I was fortunate enough to have the British gal (sorry I forgot her name) she was highly professional, very compassionate, I'm not fond of having blood drawn, when all she was all finished I hardly knew we had started! I have been getting my blood drawn at Quest for many years, however after todays experience I won't be back! Denise was not only unfriendly towards me but she was unfriendly towards her co-worker who was leaving for the day or lunch I'm not sure. They used to have such a nice crew that were personable as well as professional. This is a rural community and people like friendly people here and Quest is NOT the only game in town. read more

I've been to Quest quite a few times and prefer it over the other options in the Jackson area. Staff is friendly and efficient. One staff member is a hoot. She could be considered rude, but she actually kids around with people and makes them feel comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait. It's never long though. read more
