Casey made the work appear professional at first, but during the very first storm after installation, the skylight leaked so badly that water was pouring into the house. The situation was severe enough that our paying guests stated the home was unusable and checked out early because of the amount of water coming in. We immediately sent a licensed roofer to inspect the work. The roofer took photos and confirmed the skylight was installed incorrectly and not properly sealed at all. Basic, standard waterproofing steps were skipped entirely. This was not a materials issue. It was poor workmanship. We contacted Casey multiple times with the documentation and the urgency of the situation. He did not respond, did not offer to fix the problem, and took zero responsibility. He simply avoided us. No follow up. No accountability. Completely unprofessional behavior. This caused us lost rental income, additional repair costs, and unnecessary stress.
