He was able to remove it and knew exactly where to take it for a diagnostic check to see IF it could be repaired. Luckily it was repairable:) There was extra work connecting it to my newer devices. Alexsandr understood my concerns about there being a mix of aesthetics and practicality and took the steps to hide the wire in the wall though it was significantly more challenging. He was also able to provide consultation about his recommended placement and viewing angle. The end result?
