I called and left a message. By day's end Paul returned my call and a date was arranged for the work. There were no surprises when he arrived to do the work. Paul had provided an estimate of the work time and his charges! He said I could provide the dimmer switches or he could pick them up. Charges would, of course, be included in the the final bill. I was happy to have him do the shopping to make sure the right dimmers were purchased and the price for doing so was reasonable. Paul worked fast and there was little chit chat! Paying by the hour who doesn't like that!:). Professional, masked up and all appropriate tools at his side! Not a minute wasted. Wow! He did an outstanding job! My BFF and her hubs were there and also equally impressed. So impressed he has already been to their home and installed 5 outside house light fixtures! I believe he fixed their ring doorbell too. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+
