It was an insurance job which added its own complications but they helped every step of the way and were willing to make many accommodations with us over specifics like finishes and style to get everything looking its best even with the restrictions insurance jobs impose. We were able to get a couple extras we wanted just paying out of pocket for the parts that were improvements since they were already on the site. The quality of the workmanship was amazing also. They did a great job match textures or replacing with new ones as requested. They especially did a great imperfect smooth and tuscan textures. The texture on our bedroom ceiling puts a smile on my face every time I lay down and look up. The personal service by this company is top notch! When a family member had a stroke and was still in the hospital I reached out to Sierra Renovations and they immediately arranged to send someone out to install all the needed grab bars to make the bathroom and living space for our relative safe for them. Even though the company is booked out months in advance they got someone out to do the installation the day our relative came home from the hospital so that she was able to safely take a shower and use her bathroom that day. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. Green Bee has helped us with every single mold issue. Please read my other review for more details. This past December, after having our house on the market for over 10 months with no movement, we finally were in contract. Then the Sierra Nevada foothills had the most epic storm in the past 30 years. Of course, more water intrusion. Russell had just repaired one part of the fireplace wall a few months earlier (see other review) but the whole other side failed during the December storm. Our stone veneer fireplace wall had to be taken down to fix the leak and mold. Russell was on it immediately. Because he took care of it so quickly while doing a very thorough job, we were able to close on the house just a couple of weeks late. He saved the day. Not only that, he found a wonderful contractor who rebuilt the whole wall in just a few days. We now live in our new house and fortunately, no water damage or mold.
