The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

Some of the house is still green, some of it is now becoming purple. The areas of paint that face the weather have fared really badly with flaking, peeling, and many gaps. It already needs a complete re-painting, which seems too early. So as much as I appreciated working with the company, there are some issues that have appeared that are disappointing.

Recently I visited my in laws and…read morenoticed that there was no caulking in the siding joints and the caulking was cracking and splitting in many areas. The paint looked good, but I felt the prep work was not well done. Chris Simpson price was almost double of what I paid for my own home in the bay area and my home is bigger. My father in law has become hard of hearing so he asked me to call Chris and see if he could remedy the situation. After four phone calls over a three week period I give up. Chris Simpson is either out of business or he does not care. I have given him plenty of time to get back to me and explain the situation, but he has been unresponsive. I suggest you avoid this painter. Prep work is crucial to a quality paint job. In this case Chris Simpson failed. Also, customer service after the sale is not important to him at all!
