They want the money fast, but when it's time to return your deposit, all of the sudden they have 21 days to do so, and then a lot of things magically appeared that somehow it was YOUR fault. So many 1 star rating is for a reason people! Please read the reviews and learn from it to save your own booty. You can know and say all you want but they will say they can't see it on their photos so therefore they have to take it from your deposit money. So make sure you have PROOF or else you won't get your money back. BE CAREFUL when you are working with them, they are helping managed but suck at it. Because it's the renter or the owner's fault BUT this company. They say they pulled out the photos and it was fine back when we moved in. I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house!
