He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

When I posted my first review she texted me and asked me to remove it, that she would clean for free. Free? She already had $250 of my money! I asked for a refund but she said that she didn't have the money but would send it within a couple of days. It didn't happen so I told her to just keep the money. Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID. It looks better than when we moved in as the original owners. Thank you, Jeff! Even my dog likes them. They are dog people. He also took that ugly TV Dish thing to the dump for me.

They came over and did a great job cleaning- on a surface level. After closer inspection, I discovered many things they missed that they specifically said they would cover. And the carpets were only vacuumed not cleaned. I took pictures in the inside tracks of my sliding glass door , the ceiling of my bathroom, and the inside of my window sills and sent them to the company. I asked why these things were not done when they were Listed under the things they clean for the "special". This was their response: Hi no the carpets we only vacuum we have a carpet guy but that is a different company with own prices. Im sorry about the tracks the girl must of over looked that. We can come back monday and clean the tracks for you. I was happy that they offered to come back, however I was very mislead by their first message. I felt like they told me that they did what I was looking for and then after the fact finally Mentioned that it was a separate fee with a separate company.
