These ladies came to clean my house over a month ago. Before I hired them I specially asked if they did carpet cleaning and deep cleaning for bathrooms. This was the response they sent: We work with a carpet company and we have a special for $140 that includes all supplies we would do floor, door, windows inside tracks blinds baseboards bathrooms top to bottom cob webs counters cabinets stove oven microwave dusting all rooms vents ceiling fans So I thought great! They came over and did a great job cleaning- on a surface level. After closer inspection, I discovered many things they missed that they specifically said they would cover. And the carpets were only vacuumed not cleaned. I took pictures in the inside tracks of my sliding glass door , the ceiling of my bathroom, and the inside of my window sills and sent them to the company. I asked why these things were not done when they were Listed under the things they clean for the "special". This was their response: Hi no the carpets we only vacuum we have a carpet guy but that is a different company with own prices. Im sorry about the tracks the girl must of over looked that. We can come back monday and clean the tracks for you. I was happy that they offered to come back, however I was very mislead by their first message. I felt like they told me that they did what I was looking for and then after the fact finally Mentioned that it was a separate fee with a separate company. Why would she not mention that in the first message that it's a guy with a different company instead of insinuating that the carpet cleaning was apart of their "special". Would not use them again. read more

Very reasonably priced services. Good communication from start to finish. She even made a special trip for an in-person estimate ahead of doing the job. They did a very thorough cleaning which was badly needed. Thank You ! read more

I found Wendi on yelp and was so happy I did. As a Realtor I see HUNDREDS of homes every year and after working with dozens of different cleaning companies Wendi's blew me away. She was prompt, extremely responsive, did a fantastic job cleaning an entire 4-plex that had been left in awful condition by tenants, and was very reasonably priced. In short-I will definitely be calling Wendi again, and if you're on the fence or in need of a new cleaning company I recommend you giving her a call! read more

Extremely disappointed on having to call them to come back after they cleaned to having to just clean the house myself after being there 2x. Simple dusting and floors I guess aren't part of the $150. read more

Our appliances look like we just bought them! Wendi was responsive and professional. She cleaned our large house for us and did a great job -- I would've taken days to do the same work. We had a minor misunderstanding on what needed to be cleaned, but she was happy to come back at a later date to clean the items that ended up needing to be cleaned, which she and her team did quickly and thoroughly. Recommend! Thanks Wendi! read more

Great service! The communication was really easy. They came out and did a great job cleaning my house. I've got 4 dogs and live on a vineyard so there is lots of hair and dust. They were able to knock it out of the park. Highly recommend! read more

My parents were unhappy with their old cleaners, so I decided to hop on Yelp and see if I could find a replacement. Wendi came up with good reviews so I talked my mom into trying them out on a trial basis. My mom and I were very pleased with the job she did - there were things that were cleaned that the old cleaners had never done. My mom opened up the oven to cook dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they even did ovens! Above all, the house was spotless and smelled wonderful. She and her crew were efficient and thorough, and the rates were reasonable. There was no question that they would be replacing the old cleaners with Wendi. read more

Thank goodness for Wendi and her crew. She has been amazingly flexible and does an amazing job cleaning our home. And has helped with cleaning at my rental. She is thorough and friendly and I highly recommend. read more

Wendi and her crew did a fantastic job cleaning my home. After a few Yelp messages back and forth, I hired Wendi's Cleaning Service for a one-time home cleaning. Her response time was great. The day of, they were running a little behind schedule. Wendi was courteous enough to send a quick text to let me know. When they arrived, they immediately got to work on my dusty house. I left with my toddler and dog in tow. When I returned 2 hours later, they were finishing up. My house looked and smelled great. Besides the usual services, they made an extra effort to wipe down the dusty base boards and clean both ovens, an unexpected bonus. I look forward to hiring Wendi and crew again. read more

Had the pleasure working with Wendi for a move out cleaning. Had to reschedule with her many times due to my contractors having delays. She came a few days before my open house. She missed a few things but she came back the day after to re-touch, which I greatly appreciate. Cant beat her prices, VERY reasonable and affordable. Paid her over the phone with square which was very convenient. Trust worthy and took before and after pics. Thank you Wendi! read more

Wendi and her team have cleaned our house many times, they are prompt and very thorough! We have two big dogs and 3 kids under 5 but you'd never be able to tell once she leaves! Pristine! read more

Walked into my house from outside, smells and looks very clean and fresh. She and co-worker both professional and thorough. Would recommend this service to anyone. My house was in serious need of a good cleaning and this is what was delivered by Wendi. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I don't know how many time I need to say. Have used Wendi's Cleaning Service several times over the past year and just wanted to provide an update that she still does not disappoint. She is prompt to respond when messaged, arrives on time and provides great customer service as well. read more

Super efficient and does a great job!! My house is 3600 sq.ft. and they do a wonderful job top to bottom! A team of 3 and they are always on time, reasonably priced and my house is left clean and fresh smelling! Wendi is good at getting back to me and is reliable. ***There is someone else out there using her same name for cleaning service and is not doing a good job.. so beware! read more

They did an excellent job on my moms filthy stove! They even cleaned the kitchen floor after they were done... I definitely will be using them in the future. read more

Wendi and her crew did a fabulous job cleaning our house! They were thorough and were willing to go back over anything that needed a little more elbow grease. They came on short notice and were very knowledgeable on how to clean certain areas that had been neglected over time. I highly recommend Wendi's Cleaning Service! read more

Completely disappointed with this service. There was no customer service at all and I found Wendi to be rude! I would never hire her or recommend her to anyone. The house we moved into, needed a good thorough cleaning. They did some remodeling before we moved in, so it was very dirty to begin with, but the end result after her cleaning wasn't much different. When she first came in, after being 1 hour late, her energy level was horrible, seemed like she hates her job! Never went over anything with me, when I asked her any questions she seemed pissed off like I was bothering her. She does the very bare minimum. My boyfriend and I had stepped out to the store across the street to get something to drink and she left before we came back. She was barely here for an hour! To get what needed to be cleaned would have taker her and her crew definitely more than 1 hour. When asked to come back and finish what wasn't cleaned, I mean she didn't even wipe the counters down! She said she would come the following morning. She made it known that her coming back was a problem upon her arrival. I asked if she could wipe the wall heaters down, she did only 1 and left the dirt on the floor. When I asked if she could wipe the counters down, she mentioned she did it the day before, but what was on the counter wasn't even moved! If there were things at a additional cost I would have been happy to make that arrangement, but she doesn't have any customer service to have expressed what her services entail of and additional costs! Her work is half ass and we are going to have to have another cleaner to come and really clean! Customer service and communication can go a long way. read more

I do not recommend..like another review said not sure where the high star reviews are coming from? Maybe those people are not that clean themselves or never had cleaning service before because this cleaning service is not thorough cleaning..I would describe more as organizing and Other cleaners I've had will clean everything from top to bottom all corners but this company does not do that they'll do basic cleaning like dust, vacuum, sweep but they do NOT clean in the corners or under nitty gritty stuff...kitchen was as clean as when my teen daughter does it so why pay almost $60 an hour for poor work. TIP: don't be fooled by the low quote you get in the beginning bc the amount of time they spend in your home will actually end up being more pricey than other company's quotes. (Example: they quote you $150 another company quoted you $200 so you go with Wendy's they spend 2.5 hours with subpar job so you end up having to hire another company anyways. The other company who quoted you $200 actually spends 5 hours and cleans your home top to bottom every corner crease window) read more

Wendi & her team came to clean for a move-in. The previous tenants left the place dirty & Wendi's Cleaning Service made the house look great! I had them clean window tracks, baseboards, light fixtures, floors, doors, kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, & bedrooms. ( Basically the entire house). The ladies worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Wendi and her crew did a great job on our rental. They were done in less than 2 hours and the place looked brand new!

Best cleaning service I ever have seen. I use to use a different service but there was always a reason they were late or had to reschedule. Then when they came they rushed to get everything done. As for Wendi she made sure I was happy. She communicated with me and was on time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome honest cleaning company. Thank you Wendi you guys are great. read more

I LOVE Wendi's Cleaning Service. We first hired them for a deep clean around the holidays and fell in love. They now come to our home twice a month. Their prices are very reasonable and Wendi is always accommodating. Wendi responds right away to texts and is always available to come to our home right away. She also will add cleaning services as needed for an additional one time fee. We have a two bedroom, two bath condo and they do all the rooms, windows, baseboards, oven cleaning, microwave cleaning and deep bathrooms cleaning for a set fee! Not only is the work good but also fast. They have never been at the house for more than two hours. I would recommend her services to anyone! read more

We highly recommend this company. Wendi and her staff do an amazing job. Highly reliable. Price is very fair. Courteous, friendly, thorough, trustworthy, hard working, polite, and people we feel completely comfortable having in our home. Once again we highly recommend Wendi's. BTW the reviewer that found Wendi to be rude.....their cheese has slid off of their cracker. Wendi is incredibly polite! read more

Wendi and Tanji are the best cleaners I've ever had in my house. They clean better than I do, and that's saying something. Wendi charges very reasonable rates, and they clean fast and efficiently. I highly recommend them! read more

She did my house 2 times. Never again. Asked her to put sheets on bed. I was told that was extra work. House was not dusted, don't think she washed bathroom or living room floors. Specifically asked her to dust top of pictures and window seals. Surprise not done. This is the first Yelp review I've ever left. Do not hire her at her expensive rates. read more

Best cleaning service around with the best prices. Does an outstanding job. My house was a disaster and after they were done it was spotless and looked like a whole different house. I will always use this cleaning service. read more

Not on time... but early to the job! We recently purchased a home that needed repair. After some minor construction was completed we needed the entire house cleaned including windows, bathrooms, showers, stove, oven, etc. - everything had to be cleaned. It was incredibly dirty from the previous owners and a real mess from the recent construction. We reached out to Wendi on Yelp and between her immediate response and very reasonable quote, we hired her. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when Wendi and her staff arrived 15 minutes early and got started right away. I was able to leave and go to work without any worries. Came back and the house was impeccable. It smelled fresh and clean and I was shocked at how they were able to get the severely stained shower door so clean it almost looked brand new. The stove/oven was so clean I can happily cook on it/in it and the hardwood floors - wow! I will be hiring Wendi and her staff from time to time to have the house cleaned for special occasions. Don't look any further - you won't be sorry! I don't give away 5 stars very easily but Wendi and her staff truly deserve it! Thank you!! read more

Very honest ladies! They are so sweet and go out of their way to make you satisfied. They always show up on time and I never have to worry if I'm not home to leave them there alone. We use Wendi's for our apartment complex and she and her girls are so awesome. She always manages to squeeze us in last minute for our move ins and always does a thorough job. Did a great job on my house and was on time. Very kind. My house was fully clean with in 3 hours. Would fully recommend her.

Very happy with their cleaning. I had them out once for a deep cleaning and they did a great job. Will use again.

when I first moved to Stockton I had to get my house clean before I could move my furniture in because the people that lived here before had dogs and there was hair everywhere. The place was very dirty so I hired Wendis cleaners as a service to make sure my place was ready for my daughter and I. They were very nice but they did not do a very good cleaning job. My floors were still dirty and even though the house was large they should've done a better job. they just used minimal water and moved the dirt around basically with a wet mop. I would not hire them again. read more

I've used Wendi on multiple occasions. We moved from Manteca to Oakdale. I contacted Wendi and asked her to do the move out and move in. She had no issues. We were able to get 100% back of our renters deposit and our new home was nice and clean with our move in. Since then, I have continued to use Wendi's service because she and her staff are efficient, respectable and get the job done. She has several employees that have all been fabulous. It gives me peace of mind to know, this day and age I can not only trust someone to come into my home, but to do a fantastic job doing it. Being a Mom of 5 kids and working full time can be chaotic. They came in and took care of my wood floors, base boards, windows and more. read more

So surprised to see the one star rating for Wendi's Cleaning. I can hardly believe this person had such a problem. After 36 cleanings by Wendi and her crew, I have been completely satisfied. Perhaps it was a communication issue? read more
