We had a very negative experience with this company and the owner Bill Palladino directly. The good: · I called on Wednesday, February 19, 2022, and we were able to coordinate a time the following Saturday for the spring cleaning before our out of town guests arrived. · The 2 young men that came to clean our house were on time and very pleasant · The living room carpet was thoroughly vacuumed & looked great The bad: · The mirrors were all streaked · The hard floors were not clean at all, the dirt was smeared around, and dirt was left in nearly every corner · Every horizontal surface had dust left on them, we could see where they dusted partially but not thoroughly as one would expect a spring cleaning to be · The carpet in the kitchen didn't appear to have been vacuumed at all · My first grade grandson could have done a better job, this cleaning job failed on so many levels · The house smelled like dirty old grease rags for days after they left The worst: · The exorbitant cost of $250 for the poor job of cleaning · After I emailed the owner Bill Palladino on February 27, 2022, giving him the opportunity to make it right before I posted flaming reviews online I received a phone call. the quality of the job they did on my mother-in-laws house was sub-par with the owner being very uncooperative and claiming that when we were told we would get a deep clean of the entire house and tried to charge us for such, only to tell us after the fact that the Arizona room was not included and was just ignored. When we questioned this he got very argumentative telling us he has never had a complaint instead of listening to our concern and working with us he basically blew us off. We used Espinoza's Cleaning Service this week to clean our carpets. They called before they arrived, they arrived on time, looked at the rooms that needed cleaning and went right to work. There were two men here and they worked efficiently the whole time. The carpets looked like new when they finished. It took about 7 hours for them to dry. We were very pleased with the job they did for us and will definitely use them again. They also clean upholstery, houses, windows as well as doing other things a homeowner might need. read more

I'm giving this a two although the young men were here for four hours. I left them for almost the entire time. And they were very nice. We were told the house would be cleaned for move in ready and looking at the surface, it was fine until i started opening cabinet doors and drawers. I should have known from the ages of these young men and having a son similar in age that their cleaning is not my cleaning. I keep finding things i need to clean and this was an empty house where I'm having to clean kitchen, closet and bathroom drawers and cabinets before i can put anything away. The owner quoted us $275 out the door and I was given a $350 bill. I added another $50 because I'm happy to see them working. So $400 later, I'm still cleaning. read more

I had Palladinos's come out to do a clean out for a one bedroom apartment. They came and left within less then two hours. There was still water spots on the faucets, cabinets were not wiped down inside and out, floors were awful and the tub was left with spots. My husband went over after, and got the spots out that they said were permanent stains. Windows were never wiped and the baseboards were still dirty. So disappointed in how they handled it. One of the cleaners cussed and huffed while talking back to me. Zero customer service and no regards in how to attend to something that was unsatisfactory. read more

I called this company after seeing their ad in our local monthly community paper for "Carpet Cleaning $75 Any 3 Rooms". When I called to schedule I explained the following: 1. I am willing to pay more for a thorough, unhurried cleaning with edge detailing. 2. The rooms are fairly large; 16 X 18 feet and a 2 room combo of 15 X 34 feet. 3. The carpet color is ivory, not very soiled, some traffic patterns were apparent. 4. We would have all but 3 furniture pieces removed prior to the cleaning. Given the information he said the price would be closer to $100. The guy showed up on time & I explain what I stated above. He looks a the carpet, states that it is in good shape, I point out the traffic patterns which he notices. and pre treats. Then....he begins spraying the cleaning solution everywhere leaving dirty dark footprints from the soles of his black shoes. I point it out to him (other companies we used in another state use shoe covers) and he explains it would clean up once he uses the extraction step. He begins sucking the spray with such speed I could hardly believe the carpets could be cleaned. All said and done, 45 minutes from entry to exit with all hoses removed and back on his truck. Really? It takes me longer to vacuum one room than it did him to spray/pretreat and extract the 3 rooms. His shoe marks, some were still there but did vacuum up once dry. The traffic patterns, still there. The edges, no difference. Once dry the carpet felt stiff and slightly sticky as if a film was on it. The bill, $100. The quality of work, poor. Overall very disappointing. Unprofessional behavior! I found Bill to be arrogant and vindictive. He has several times tried to "teach me a lesson" about the cleaning business. Getting ready to list my house for sale, and was referred to this company. I opted to go with their spring cleaning package, downstairs windows and sliding glass door and carpet cleaning. I have to say, these guys did a fantastic job! I was surprised at the level of detail they exemplified. I didn't feel the need to ask for any one thing to be retouched. That absolute worst service I have encountered. Scam artists.They took advantage of the fact that I couldn't inspect their work in person. The entire house was filthy. Their vacuum must be broken, I found filth in every corner of the house. Never touched a window, a counter top nor cupboard. The floors that had dirt, was slopped around with a dirty mop. Palladino's came out to our new house twice - the first time to do a thorough cleaning (the place was FILTHY when we bought it), and the second time to haul away crap left behind by the previous owners and then clean out the garage. In hindsight, I should have had them come after the painters were done, but that's not their fault. We were AMAZED by how clean these guys got our house. It took them an entire day (I think they were here 7AM-3:30PM or something), and we ended up adding on a steam cleaning for our tile floor, which upped the price beyond the initial estimate, BUT it was completely worth it. I called (on a recommendation) to hire them for carpet cleaning, and ended up using them for the entire house cleaning also (a 2,500 square foot house I was moving out of). It was empty when they came to clean it, and it was really dirty. In fact, we moved in three years earlier in a rush, and I felt like we moved in on top of someone else's dirt (gross), and I was never able to really get it clean, ever. We called Palladino's the day before we needed to get the carpets cleaned in a townhouse we were moving to in Scottsdale. The owner was able to schedule us quickly which was very much appreciated. The representative who came the next morning to clean our carpets was great (apologies, I cannot remember his name.) He was friendly, professional and was able to get the job done quickly. The main reason we needed the carpets cleaned/deodorized was because the previous tenants had a dog with very long hair. The cleaning helped with the hair/smell but idid not get rid of it completely, maybe because that type of issue with carpet needs more than one treatment. Will not use again. I contacted Palladion's to do a move out/move in clean of a rental property. I required a detail cleaning; the kitchen cabinets, inside and out (get the food off the doors, toe kicks, countertops) mop the floors, clean/dust the walls, wash windows inside and out...and that's what we discussed. I am a remote landlord and wasn't able to inspect the work after it was completed but paid over $400 for the service. When I did inspect the property, other than the carpets being cleaned, the property was not cleaner than when they started. All that was performed was a 'General Cleaning' per the company. Palladion's "our attention to detail insures your satisfaction" NOT my satisfaction. I could have used any cleaning service and had better results. read more

If I could choose negative stars for this company I would. The window cleaning attempt was a complete waste of money. My husband and I had to redo every window. If you are even remotely particular with your expectations of clean windows, this is not the company for you. Also, do not rely on the accuracy of your phone quote. They tried to collect an additional $70 over the quote I was given. I suggest asking for a quote in person IF you decide to give them a try. I was so upset with the results and the fact that they increased the amount due, that I immediately let them know how disappointed I was. The two men who attempted the work wanted to redo it, but by that time I was so frustrated I just wanted them out of my house. I didn't see how they could possibly clean the mess they had made that included dirty water running down my walls and window seals and incredibly streaky windows. When I called to speak to their boss, I was basically scolded for overreacting and told that I should have let them redo the windows while they were there. They are getting two stars for the following: professional service and the window cleaning was good. The three stars were detracted because the work they were hired for was sub par. We are getting our house ready to sell and requested walls, doors, baseboards, blinds, and windows be done. The owner quoted us a decent price and call it the "degreaser". The two men showed up later than expected (about an hour late, but did call when on their way) and seemed very professional. It took them a bit over 2 hours to do the work. I immediately noticed that the walls and baseboards still looked grungy. The owner did say some may not come off. However, I took a Magic Eraser to it all, and it came off easily. When one of the cleaners saw me re-cleaning the blinds, he did offer to do it. Yet there was so much half-done that it seemed pointless to keep them there longer. My guess is that their cleaning products just aren't the best since the Magic Eraser worked amazingly. My family and I had to go over the work again today. It seemed like a pointless waste of money since we had to re-do all of the walls, doors, and trim. But the windows do look nice. Skip the rest--get a magic eraser & just have them come do windows. read more
