Let me start with the fact that I opened a Yelp account just for this review. I used Wendi's cleaning service a year ago for a move in cleaning and she and her employees did great. Expecting the same results I hired her again his year for another move in clean, specifically asking her to have my cabinets cleaned, kitchen cleaned and all appliances. Also to clean the bathrooms, specifically the rid them of the mold, to clean the closets, to cob web and most importantly the windows. I have posted for you the pictures of the end result. I left her a voicemail on this Saturday June 3rd, and have not heard from her on the matter. I am completely displeased and I called her first to see if she would come to fix the problem, but I have heard nothing back. This is not how you do business- my recommendation is don't hire this company. If I could give zero stars I would- and on record I have put a complaint through to the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

I don't see how they could get such great rating. NEVER will I recommend her service. We used her because she had really good reviews BUT I don't know how that's possible. My husband can clean better then the 4 cleaning ladies that came. Didn't dust very well, mopped and my floors were not even shiny they were cloudy. Mop must of been used and never cleaned. Then my bathroom sinks were wiped down w who knows what. First and last time. Wendi was really nice though and that's the only reason your getting one star. read more

I was searching for a cleaning service to come every 2 weeks...i normally would clean my house myself but it was getting to the point where thats all i would do on my weekends was clean my house. I wanted to spend more time with my family and less time doing house work. I am verify particular and pretty picky when it comes to cleaning. I was contacted after asking for pricing and i thought the price of 120 for the first time service was fair and then they would charge 80 for bi weekly cleaning. She was able to fit me in right before the fourth of July holiday and worked with my schedule of coming to my house at 4pm on that friday. I work in the bay area and so does my husband its hard to judge traffic or get off early so this was great that they can come in the early evening ! I have to say after I got home and walked in my house it looked great. I felt it was a good job for the money i paid. One thing i wish was that my rugs in the bathrooms were vacumned and waste baskets emptied but I have set up my next cleaning for this friday regardless! I used this company to have my house cleaned for me, while I was away at the hospital having my baby. My biggest concern was coming home to a dirty house after staying at the hospital, and hands down my concern disappeared as soon as I walked through the door. I called and talked with Wendi, who is a very nice person. I was disappointed in the "spring cleaning" special because the 4 ladies that came were in and out of my home in less than 1-1/2 hours. While they did clean the main surfaces, they didn't clean behind anything--even movable tables,chairs, sofas, etc. Wendi told me that they "do" windows, and I was expecting to have the inside windows washed at least. I made an appointment with Wendi via Yelp after my sister used her and said how good of a job she did. My house is old and hasn't had a good cleaning for quite some time. I was having my daughter's first birthday party and had way too much to do to have to worry about cleaning. My appointment was at 11 am and they arrived at about 11:05 am. I walked her though my house, showing her each room that needed to be cleaned. I'd never had someone come in to my house to clean before, so I assumed that was what I was supposed to do. Haha. I figured my house would take about 2 hours since it was filthy and there were only two of them. Close to an hour after I left, I got a call they were done. When I got home, I walked in and the smell of clean punched me in the face. I did a quick walk through and everything seemed clean enough. The house definitely smelled better and looked great for people walking through for the party. After they left, I wiped my floor because there was a huge wet spot and I didn't want to slip and fall. The paper towel came up black. I also noticed he next day that none of my ledges (my house is old so it has a lot of ledges for pictures) weren't dusted. I also noticed that my bed and my daughter's crib wasn't dusted well, either. I also noticed that in the bath tub, my shampoos and stuff weren't moved to be cleaned underneath. I ended up having to do that. Other than those minor complaints, they did a good job. Had they taken the extra hour I had expected, I think the place would have been as sparkling as possible. I have used this service twice now. Both times were for a deep clean. The communication was very reassuring. I like to know exactly what I'm paying for. Wendi provided that and more. She made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I have had several compliments on both occasions she was here. I have used 3 other cleaning services before, This is the ONLY one I would 100% recommend with out hesitation. Not only was I sataisfied with the work, she squeezed me in! I called on a Wednesday and explained my situation (I am a procrastinator & was hosting an important event for my family on Saturday), but she was able to squeeze me in THAT FRIDAY!
