We had our house built 34 years ago and had limestone flooring installed in the kitchen. If you…read moreknow anything about limestone, you know that it is very porous and anything acidic spilled on it can have devastating effects on it. Throughout the years, I've had it professionally cleaned from time to time, but I never invested in a really thorough deep cleaning until recently when I used Ken at American Tile Cleaning. He did a total restoration on the flooring over the course of a couple of days. He worked an absolute miracle on the floors. Every grout line was back to the original color. Huge areas where lemon juice, tomatoes and coffee had been spilled were intensely worked on and the whole floor was brought back to its original glory. It actually shines again. I will attach pictures shortly, but the difference is absolutely remarkable. Besides just being overall dull and dirty it was stained in multiple areas and the grout was brownish. When he was finished, you could see all the natural striations in the Stone and it shines so beautifully now you can actually see the reflection from the overhead lights on the floor. Ken is an absolute professional. He loves what he does and it shows. As stated before, it was a 2 to 3 day job so it was not cheap, but I have seen where cheap gets me by using other companies in the past. This was worth every penny. I just had him come back to give me estimates on my marble shower and bathroom, which both need a lot of help. Feel free to private message me any questions

We just moved in and had a painter, Comcast and ADT installers going in and out during our first…read moreweek so we weren't able to set our house up and they made a huge mess and still recovering from the move itself, I figured I'd hire the pros to clean my house and boy did they ever!!! First off Kris was very responsive and answered all my questions via email and we made a consultation appt for Mitzy to come out and provide an estimate. I was quoted $250 for all detailed cleaning of all my floors, my house is almost 2500sf and about 2100sf is hardwood ceramic tile all windows inside and out along with window sills. We made a Sunday appt and midway through asked Mitzy if we can add room that had hardwood and she gladly responded sure and it's an extra $30. The day of, they showed up 10 min before their scheduled time, ready to work and they got right to it!! My house was thrashed.....little specs of paint everywhere because my cool painter didn't think to protect my hardwoods, they are clean and polished, and all of my ceramic tile's tile and grout are white as can be. My windows are so clean, it looks like there's no window there. After the dirty job was done which took about 6 hours, total was $280 which is a bargain in my opinion because I didn't have to do it....don't think I could have done it. With the deep cleaning done, I can now enjoy putting the rest of my house together. Thanks Mitzy and Kris! I plan on using you again to do my Spring cleaning.
