I told her no floors, no walls/ baseboards, and she stayed all day but still toilets and cabinets and oven were still terrible. I hired a different cleaner - not LGG- to come clean the toilets after she left and replaced the flooring baseboards. Good flexibility. So-so cleaning. Don't hire if you need heavy cleaning.
