We have had our home in Copperopolis nearly five years now and we really needed a thorough cleaning. Well, lucky for us we found A plus cleaning! Janelle, along with her husband Todd, came out and did a fabulous job! They really did clean everything, and did the windows and carpets! Janelle and her crew are helpful efficient and super responsive. They have cleaned my house several times before but don't come regularly. We recently hosted our daughters wedding at our house for 70 guests with about 20 staying over. Imagine my panic when I remembered the weekend before the wedding that I'd forgotten to book cleaners. 5 Stars are not enough for this cleaning service. We purchased a vacation home in an area where we had absolutely no connections except for a recommendation of A+ Cleaners from our realtor. We used A Plus Cleaning Services back in August of 2018 and I feel bad it has taken me this long to write a review for this amazing company. We actually plan to use them again for cleaning as come up this Fall for a yearly clean! We had bought a house in Valley Springs and the previous owners left it dirty and unliveable. A Plus Cleaning came to our rescue under short notice and shampooed our carpets so well they looked almost brand new and will now not need replacing which is what we feared. I left a message with our needs for our 6 bedroom/4 ba house that needed a thorough cleaning. Janelle returned our message within the hour. We set an appt for her to come out the next day. Janelle spent almost an hour with us going over our expectations of how we would like it cleaned and anything that is special or custom to our liking. I will never again have anyone else clean my home in Copper. It is three stories and three decks, A Plus does one floor, two floors, or all floors and decks for the most reasonable prices! They have also done my carpets and windows. I have used them for years and feel really great to have found someone up in Copper who is as dependable and honest as they are. I have been using A Plus for years at several of my properties. They do exceptional work and can't say enough great things about them. Even when there is an issue (rare, but it happens even to the best of the best), Janelle steps up right away to own it and fix it no questions asked. I love the real passion and responsibility to quality, not just words on a business card to her. They do exceptional work with deep cleans, carpets, windows, tile floors etc. so if you have a rental or prepping a property for sale, you need A Plus to get you ready for new tenant or new owners. We also use A Plus for regular house cleaning and always look forward to opening the door after they have been there - nice fresh clean house again. Their pricing is very fair - I've used cheaper services in the past but quality very different level - you will get great value with A Plus.
