Friday's are always a little bit brighter when Carla and Jennifer show up to do the cleaning for us. We're busy people so being able to have some friendly people come over and tidy things up for us really is a great start to the weekend. They are punctual and courteous, and are always happy to see us. The work they do is always top notch, and it's a joy to see how they have arranged pillows and other items in a fun way. It's obvious they enjoy their work. The work done is a great value for the money, and I look forward to seeing them again soon. read more

Very disappointing experience. I was quoted almost $700 for an initial cleaning, which is completely unreasonable given the size and already clean condition of my home. When I tried to discuss the pricing, Jose was rude, talked over me, and even said he had "Googled my home" to justify the charge. There was no professionalism, no willingness to listen, and the interaction felt pushy and borderline extortionate. Based on this experience alone, I cannot recommend this business. read more

They were very prompt and responded very fast. They did work the very next day because we had a need and we are so grateful. I asked for a deep clean and it was not perfect but we has family visit later that night so we were beyond thrilled for what they did! read more

Jose came by with another cleaner and managed to clean our new home before moving in on such short notice. They did an incredible job and took the time to address all my concerns. After cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms, floor and fans, windows and kitchen, we walked through the house together and he asked if I had any concerns that weren't addressed. I didnt because they did such a thorough job. Will be using marys cleaning on a month to month basis! Really reasonable pricing and great work :) read more

I have been using Mary's Cleaning Service on a weekly basis since October 2018 so this review is long overdue. Prior to using them, I had gone through 3 other cleaning companies with mixed results. (One cleaner came at sporadic times due to traffic; the other was defensive when certain issues were brought up, and so forth). My only requirements were consistency in the cleaning, honesty and willing to listen/make improvements. Based on these, I have been very pleased with Carmen and her crew. I do understand that sometimes little things will be accidentally skipped such as a garbage can here or there or a closet mirror. Nobody is perfect but whenever I've had any sort of issue, I am comfortable talking to Carmen about it. She is apologetic and willing to make it right next time. Besides doing an excellent cleaning job, Carmen is sincere and trustworthy. In the time I've used her, she has located misplaced cash and jewelry under the couch as well as dealing with a host of other issues. (On one occasion, she accidentally broke one of my plates. She brought me a replacement the very next week). Additionally, her team does a detailed job with deep cleanings as well (they did both my move-out and move-in jobs in 2019). Carmen and crew are very efficient, thorough and responsible. Highly recommend! read more

House cleaning. The communication to book was poor. After the first response which was great, I requested a different day or their availability as I already had appointments on the day they offered. I heard nothing more, no response whatsoever. I was really disappointed as I was eventually hoping to work it into something regular. Maybe it is just getting to close to the holidays, but a response stating that would have been appreciated. read more

Absolutely blown away by how clean my house was after they were done. They went about and beyond. Will be using them again in the future.

I have been through two maids. The first two did a great job for about a year and then just stopped doing a good job. The second one was awful. This team came to my house this morning with three people and cleaned everything, even the fans! They moved out all the furniture cleaned underneath everything, dusted properly, bathrooms just perfect and even left cute toilet paper roll flowers. My house looks like I cleaned it. I love to clean but am out of time all the time. These people did a GREAT job. I can't wait until next month. read more

I've been using services from Mary's Cleaning Services for almost 3 1/2 years now for a monthly whole house cleaning as well as a move in/out clean after purchasing another property. Mary's Cleaning Services is the only service I trust to clean my house and properties. Personally being in the Professional Janitorial and Residential Cleaning Services business myself in the past for 15 years with my father's business, I have very high expectations, and Jose and Carmen and the team meet them and do a fantastic job! If I ever have an issue I can be sure that the team will take care of it on the spot. I can always add on additional services when I need them like carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, patio power washing, anything you need cleaned for your home they can get done for you. Highly recommend! read more

They charged me $350 to deep clean a junior one bed apartment which I think is ridiculous. For that kind of money I expected more. They didn't clean my white cabinets thoroughly. I had a few stains on my bathroom wall that were left. They didn't clean any of the baseboards. I had a few stains on furniture that weren't done. Overall the apartment looked vastly better than before but I just expected more for what I paid. read more

The Property Management Company who helped us find potential renters recommended Mary's Cleaning Service. They did an excellent job cleaning the house from top to bottom. I hired this cleaning service a few months ago and paid a premium price for the first service, Jose and his team a 3-4 times after and now having same issue as another customer review below. They respond to my text saying they are booked and cannot come for months at a time and now do not answer my text or phone call. I highly do not recommend going with this cleaning service if you are looking for a routine service. Such a waste of time, and now I have to look for another cleaning service. They are overbooked and will not come regularly!! read more

Extremely unreliable. miscommunicated the services and quote with me and the guy who would do it. wasted my saturday morning. Gave me a itemized quote for three services: window cleaning + screen replacement, carpet shampoo, and garage powerwash. Later we agreed on doing only the first two. Sent me a guy with information that the total amount remained the same for windows+carpet. even in that, he told me that he does not do screen replacement, and would only install new "pre-framed screens". still quoted me more than the agreed upon amount for much less service. had no choice but to turn him away! read more
