EDIT to my review-The owner, David, reached out to me and apologized. He ABSOLUTELY cleaned our couch & 2 rooms, I showed him the statement of services. He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned! read more

Although Jonathan ran 1 hour and 45 minutes late I was okay with that. Things do happen. He had to spend longer than expected at a prior customer's house and heavy traffic delayed our appointment. He did reach out and let me know every step of what was going on.. Good communication is essential and Jonathan did do that. Once he arrived , he was very pleasant. Jonathan was extremely hard-working. The excellent results were worth the wait. Fair price for the amount of work that was done. I highly recommend this family run business. I will use them again in the future. read more

Inquired through Yelp based off the reviews. David gave me a good price for my 600 sq ft apartment. My only thing was my appointment was at 9am, but they didn't arrive closing to 9:45am. I had to call at 9:30am just to make sure our appointment was still on and then was informed he was going to be late. Overall the cleaning job was good. I was happy with the results. read more

David was amazing to work with. He was responsive and gave me a good price for the value. He was really patient and waited when I wasn't ready for my appointment when it came. He explained the process for each room and for each of my natural fiber rigs very throughly. I am recommending Elite Carpet to my family and friends and will continue to use them in the future. First, I sent a request at 1045 pm and received a response back from David within 10 minutes. He was able to quote me and schedule me for the next day (super short notice). He communicated with me the whole time and he and his brother did an excellent job doing three rooms, living room and my sectional in about two hours! They charged me a little less than the quote when they got here and it included the degreaser, deodorizer and oxygen boost. They also took care of the pet messes. Great company who I will continue to use. read more

I have my carpet done by them and the job looks amazing. Had stains on my carpet from my dog. the young man came out it inspected the carpet told me exactly what he was going to do to get it clean. Me being skeptical was unsure of using them. Had this done a few times by other companies with steam cleaners and it never came up nice. He said it had to do with the chemicals that they used. He did my carpets they look amazing I would totally recommend this company. Fair pricing great job!! read more
