Although Jonathan ran 1 hour and 45 minutes late I was okay with that. Things do happen. He had to spend longer than expected at a prior customer's house and heavy traffic delayed our appointment. He did reach out and let me know every step of what was going on.. Good communication is essential and Jonathan did do that. Once he arrived , he was very pleasant. Jonathan was extremely hard-working. The excellent results were worth the wait. Fair price for the amount of work that was done. I highly recommend this family run business. EDIT to my review-The owner, David, reached out to me and apologized. He ABSOLUTELY cleaned our couch & 2 rooms, I showed him the statement of services. He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned! read more

First, I sent a request at 1045 pm and received a response back from David within 10 minutes. He was able to quote me and schedule me for the next day (super short notice). He communicated with me the whole time and he and his brother did an excellent job doing three rooms, living room and my sectional in about two hours!
