He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

We had concerns with his crew drinking on the job, stealing items from our garage and still he did not do anything regarding our concerns. We searched high and low for someone reputable and thought we found it with Ramiro but obviously not.
