Based on the age of the cabinets and the cabinet refacing that had been done about 10 years earlier, they honestly advised us that painting them would not be a good long-term solution because the finish likely would not hold up (the laminate from the refacing was peeled away and cracked). We truly appreciated their honesty and expertise. Instead of recommending a service that would not provide lasting results, they suggested replacing the cabinets. They even connected us with a local cabinet company and arranged for them to come to our home for an estimate. That level of care and customer service really stood out to us. We were fortunate to work with GG&G Cabinets for our cabinet replacement. They did an excellent job with the demolition and installation of our new custom cabinets, and their experience and craftsmanship were evident throughout the process. Mansu Painting did an outstanding job preparing and containing the work area to support GG&G Cabinets during the renovation, helping minimize dust and disruption. Beth's team was careful to remove all of the cabinet doors and drawer fronts for painting and beautifully finished our new custom cabinets as well as the custom cabinetry at our peninsula. Everything turned out beautifully! Beth was wonderful to work with! She kept us updated throughout the project and was always easy to reach. She also took the time to locate a trusted electrician for our project and coordinated his schedule around ours, which made the renovation process so much easier and less stressful. Mr. Mansu was also a pleasure to work with--friendly, professional, and it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his craftsmanship and the reputation of Mansu Painting. We did have one small issue with the finish on a cabinet door, but they took care of it right away without any hassle. Even months later, Beth is still quick to respond whenever I have a question. I submitted pictures of the areas, and from the beginning to end his quote was very accurate with the pricing, I was afraid getting a quote based of the picture and then come out with a totally different total amount after the first in person but he didn't, he pretty much was pretty close to the original quote. Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. He offered me plenty of options and was willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to do. They showed up exactly when he said he would, his guys were very respectful of the home and and the premises, they came in, worked and left. No messing around! They did a great job fixing (patching up) the walls, painting and cleaning everything up.
