These guys were very helpful and let us take home many samples. We ended up ordering just the right one. Thanks for your patience.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

They were very informative and never tried to steer the conversation one way or the other. When Joe came to our house to take measurements, I gave him the flexibility to change cabinet layout to make the kitchen as functional as possible with logical placement of drawers and cabinets and although it was only minor changes, they all made sense. When it came to the install, being a commercial general contractor, I can say that you will find no better crew to install work with as much precision and craftsmanship. They worked diligently and were sure to address any questions they had rather than just "wing it". Throughout the entire process, the superior team was very communicative and kept an open line of communication. If you value high quality work and customer satisfaction, do not bother looking anywhere else. You get every bit of value that you pay for when working with this team and for that reason, I will be using them for all 3 of our upcoming bathroom remodels. Thanks again to Joe and the Superior Granite & Cabinet team and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I was a bit hesitant at first because it's quite a distance from where we live, but we decided to check it out anyway. We met Maggie and her husband John there, and they were wonderful--so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of selecting our quartz and cabinets. Even though it was a long drive, we're really glad we chose to get our materials from them. The quality is excellent, and the prices are much more affordable compared to what we found in the SF/Bay Area. I only wish we could have booked their installation team as well (they were fully booked at the time). Overall, we're very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Superior Granite & Cabinet to our family and friends!

That bathroom looked similar to our old bathroom with '90's flourescent light soffits and a big bathtub unit that dominated too much of the corner. My husband and I went to EG Custom's showroom which is across Home Depot's parking lot and was impressed with the staff. We soon met the owner Edgar who was very impressive with his knowledge and had great ideas. Photos of his previous projects had a lot of contemporary wow factor to them which we liked. Long story short, Edgar's team was very good, neat, hardworking throughout our bathroom remodel. In the office, Tashi and Corina were helpful with the computer renderings of project and had very helpful design ideas that helped us a great deal. Communication is key for us and Edgar and his team were always responsive to our questions and concerns. We felt the pricing was fair for such quality work. We did have changes along the way which Edgar easily dealt with. We were so pleased with the project that we expanded the remodel work into the master bedroom and living room. I went through several interviews and quotes with other renovation companies, and it wasn't a good experience, at all. finally called Edgar the owner of EG Custom Construction. We made an appointment and Edgar was very professional even throughout the whole process. He made some amazing suggestions and keep saying this is going to look good. Well, he was right. The house totally looks unrecognizable from before. But the biggest things were again how professional he was throughout, so responsive to text or calls, able to alter ideas, great suggestions, good pricing, and the crew were just as awesome. Doing a renovation can be stressful especially if your doing a total renovation, but if you don't want the stress, have peace of mind at a good price, EG Custom Construction is totally for you. Next renovation I'm going back. Thanks again Edgar and crew. God Bless.
