I purchased my countertops at Marble Palace because of their reputation and prior experience with them. Seth and Anna helped us every step in picking out our new Quartz. On install day Sal and Baldo showed up and did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional and answered all my dumb questions. We recently completed an unexpected remodel of our kitchen in Davis, California due to a water leak nine months ago. Our insurance company's contractor subbed out the quartz countertop install to Marble Palace. Compared with several other aspects of our remodel, working with Marble Palace was refreshing and smooth sailing. From the moment we shook hands with Leo, the Marble Palace project overseer, we knew he would take care of us! He was very personable and took on our project as if it were his very own. In fact, the whole Marble Palace team was great! They were courteous, on time and professional at every turn. Leo and Eric came in to measure very meticulously. Carlos and Louis did the install with excellence and took pride in their work. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the manufacturer's product that was not noticed until after the installation. Although this forced a demo and subsequent install, the team worked so well together, we only lost a week. Eddie and Miguel demoed with precision and without a mess. Leo oversaw the project with care and professionalism. When he was unable to be there for the demo, he called ahead to let us know that he had arranged for a very competent replacement, Chad, to oversee the demolition. In addition to all of this and unknown to us, Leo later presented us with a special surprise which he said was just Marble Palace's way to try to compensate us for the unfortunate necessity for a demolition and second install. Marble Palace was great to work with from beginning to end of project, and beyond to make sure everything was exceptional. They're very friendly & customer service oriented. The came in and measured our kitchen. Laser light leveling, taking pictures, and assisting in recommendations, setting up the team. The demolition team came next. They were great in protecting existing cabinet & walls. Plus they did an excellent job vacuuming & sweeping in the clean up process. The next day the instilation team came in, and worked with us asking our opinion. They made sure our kitchen turned out perfect. We had a little problem with our frig opening all the way due to cabinet, we just pulled quartz out, and it fit perfectly. There were other touches too, and cleaned up. After we had our sink removed, the water didn't completely get turned off & the plummer notied us of small leak. Sean the manager came out and spent hours drying the area & applying a sealant which worked great. Marble Palace was quick in responding and made our experience great. We highly recommend them. I think they should change their name because they don't just install Marble. We did change our sink to recommended one, and they centered it perfectly. Beautiful work. I live about an hour from Stockton, but was able stop by in person one day to get some quotes and that was a good experience. About 6 weeks later, the new cabinets were in my kitchen and we were ready for countertops. Troy was my sales contact. He was always quick to respond via email or phone call. When the style of quartz we wanted was going to be a long wait from the manufacturer, he suggested something similar that they had in stock and it actually saved us some money. Of course, then we made changes to our plans several times like adding a waterfall edge and a cut out for a pop up outlet and he just rolled with it and made new estimates. My husband and dad are handy and installed the plywood that the countertops would sit on. Sean came out to make sure everything was level and get final measurements. Sal and Hugo came to install on 12/23, which was a very rainy day. They were both very courteous and professional. They were done in about 4 hours and cleaned up everything, even swept the leaves off my porch! Tl;dr- The countertops are gorgeous. You can't even tell where the seam is on the waterfall edge. I highly recommend Marble Palace. Starting with Sean the PM was friendly and took the time to really go through all the details and gave us DIY demo pointers and the most important a reasonable quote. Believe me I had several from the area. Sean recommended we go to the office take a look at the granite and pick out the style we liked. After that it was scheduling the template. My wife and I sat down with Mykalla to work out the scheduling and payment details. She took our percentage of payment and they were at the house in a scheduled time frame. They worked with us to make sure the work area was protected and clean. After that they setup a work area outside to prep the counters and started the installation. They did not waist time. In 2012, Marble Palace installed the Diamante Quartz kitchen countertop in our home as an upgrade. The other day, I noticed a chip on the edge of our kitchen countertop near the sink. I contacted MP regarding the "lifetime warranty on the product." Apparently, the "lifetime warranty" is only for material defects, not "wear and tear." Okay, so I requested a quote to have it repaired. He says $150 minimum. A few emails later and now the Customer Service Warranty Coordinator at MP denies MP installed the kitchen countertop at all, but only our bathroom counters. Wrong. An extra star for responsive communication, but that's where the positives end. I think I'll live with it and move on. read more

We were so nervous when the granite was being delivered. We chose the slab more than a month before in the slab yard. We also felt uncertain about choices about where to put seams and stuff. In the end we decided to let them make the best choice. Not only did they chose great seams and pieces for the countertops and island, the installers were amazing. All the surfaces and edges fit the cabinets precisely, and the corners are nicely rounded to flow with the front half rounded edge. They took great care to install and cement each piece.
