My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

Uggg there is nothing worse than shopping for home improvement stuff. It is the quintessential no…read morewin scenario. The box retailers essentially have the same stuff and ordering things from them can be a nightmare. However, you can often find better luck at wholesalers and interdependent retailers. Such is the case here. It is a huge warehouse that one large chunk of is simply vanities out on display. They are clearly marked price wise and in no particular order. The lone staff member was friendly and after introducing himself, allowed us to wander about the vanities without bothering us (nothing is worse than a clingy salesperson). We did not find anything suitable as finding the right items for our Mid Century Modern Eichler can be a challenge. But this was a great place to keep in the back of our pocket.

They sell them with all three items as a set and at a reasonable price. We purchased a 36" set and 48" set for approximately $1,200. Their staff customer service was really responsive: Tom, Dino, Martin, Sunshine and Lily thank you for being so great! Things you should know: - you need an appointment - only two people were allowed at our appointment - they only accept cash or debit (make sure your debit will accommodate what you need to spend as typically there is a daily limit. They were very informative and never tried to steer the conversation one way or the other. When Joe came to our house to take measurements, I gave him the flexibility to change cabinet layout to make the kitchen as functional as possible with logical placement of drawers and cabinets and although it was only minor changes, they all made sense. When it came to the install, being a commercial general contractor, I can say that you will find no better crew to install work with as much precision and craftsmanship. They worked diligently and were sure to address any questions they had rather than just "wing it". Throughout the entire process, the superior team was very communicative and kept an open line of communication. If you value high quality work and customer satisfaction, do not bother looking anywhere else. You get every bit of value that you pay for when working with this team and for that reason, I will be using them for all 3 of our upcoming bathroom remodels. Thanks again to Joe and the Superior Granite & Cabinet team and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I was a bit hesitant at first because it's quite a distance from where we live, but we decided to check it out anyway. We met Maggie and her husband John there, and they were wonderful--so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of selecting our quartz and cabinets. Even though it was a long drive, we're really glad we chose to get our materials from them. The quality is excellent, and the prices are much more affordable compared to what we found in the SF/Bay Area. I only wish we could have booked their installation team as well (they were fully booked at the time). Overall, we're very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Superior Granite & Cabinet to our family and friends!

We are just some spoiled Bay Area folks who have plenty of options because of where we live. Bring us to Central Valley and here we are scrolling our phones typing in "Events in Stockton" just to see what comes up. While we did see something called "Wet and Wild on the Delta" (turned out to be a swinger party) and a free Tai Chi flow class, all of us had to laugh. We gave up on scrolling and one of us had the brilliant idea to go find some plants. Thanks to the trusty Yelp app, we came up on this gem of a nursery. This is a huge outdoor enclosed space with rows and rows of full vibrant plants. They even had a mini succulent that I'd only ever seen in Half Moon Bay (Crassula Buddha if you're curious.) I'm not a plant person per se, but I can appreciate plants and all the different varieties which is what made this place so fun to walk around in. From flowers to herbs, trees, foliage, and the cutest succulent collection, I couldn't be happier seeing it all. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff (the owner) who also helped us with our questions on how to take care of the plants we took home. I can't say that this was the most exciting thing to do on a Memorial Day weekend but I was definitely "Plant Happy" walking out with my baby succulents. They are now happily sitting next to my other 3 succulents that I've managed to keep alive for the past few years. It's the little things in life..
