We waited over an hour for them to show up at your house. We called and got no answer. On Monday morning, I called the shop in Manteca and they had said the manager came down with a fever over the weekend. I understand things happen, but at the very least they should have texted us to let us know they could not make it. This was horrible customer service. I can only imagine what their installation services look like. Yikes!!!!

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

I understand this is one of their 10 locations in Northern CA. They were very informative and never tried to steer the conversation one way or the other. When Joe came to our house to take measurements, I gave him the flexibility to change cabinet layout to make the kitchen as functional as possible with logical placement of drawers and cabinets and although it was only minor changes, they all made sense. When it came to the install, being a commercial general contractor, I can say that you will find no better crew to install work with as much precision and craftsmanship. They worked diligently and were sure to address any questions they had rather than just "wing it". Throughout the entire process, the superior team was very communicative and kept an open line of communication. If you value high quality work and customer satisfaction, do not bother looking anywhere else. You get every bit of value that you pay for when working with this team and for that reason, I will be using them for all 3 of our upcoming bathroom remodels. Thanks again to Joe and the Superior Granite & Cabinet team and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I was a bit hesitant at first because it's quite a distance from where we live, but we decided to check it out anyway. We met Maggie and her husband John there, and they were wonderful--so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of selecting our quartz and cabinets. Even though it was a long drive, we're really glad we chose to get our materials from them. The quality is excellent, and the prices are much more affordable compared to what we found in the SF/Bay Area. I only wish we could have booked their installation team as well (they were fully booked at the time). Overall, we're very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Superior Granite & Cabinet to our family and friends!

You think it would be easy to find a contractor. I mean--I know sooo many people who need/want…read morework done on their homes/business. Well, I was very surprised at the difficulty I had even just getting a return phone call--UNTIL E.G. Custom Construction! Edgar returned our call promptly, and enthusiastically. He was not put off that I wanted to work over the phone with him from Colorado on the remodel of my elderly mother's only bathroom in her very old Stockton home. He was the only contractor I spoke to who even asked what dates I wanted, and then did his best to accommodate us. He was great at returning my calls and texts, and sending pictures and ideas for the design. He was also considerate of my design ideas, and saw my vision for the bathroom from the get-go. After his initial walk through he also showed great design understanding in appreciating the character of the home, and promised to deliver an "elegant" bathroom that would be true to the feel and nature of the home. I flew from Colorado to oversee the project for my Mom. Gabriel was our guy--he always showed up when he said he would, and was always finished by the time he said he would be. He was careful with the entire home all through the project-- protected the floors, and was as clean and orderly as he could be. I was on a tight timeline, and as it goes in constuction there where a few setbacks, but Edgar ALWAYS answered my calls, and addressed my concerns. I can be a hot-head, but he was super respectful of my concerns. He was a true professional, and kept me in the loop to the best of his ability. Well-he totally exceeded my high expectations!!! The bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is a timeless, classic design. I feel the cost was correct and fair--especially for what we got. The detail on the tile work is lovely. I picked the fixtures, but Edgar made sure they were installed to my specifications. I loved that Edgar suggested we put a marble shelf on the base of the new shower niche--a really nice touch I wish I had thought of, and will use in my own future remodel! Edgar and Gabriel were incredible to work with. Their work is detailed and very well done. They are considerate and easy to communicate with. My Mom is THRILLED with here beautiful, timeless, ELEGANT bathroom!!! It is a tremendous relief to know I can call on E.G. Custom Construction for future plans--we are looking at the kitchen now!! Before pics are 1st--you have to see the amazing results!!!
