It was the only day he could pick it up with help and when he arrived with help to get it ..there was a forklift driver and he was very nice helpful when picked up: I guess the female manager was rude as hell over phone and in person ...tbh you would think it would be the opposite way . He is very happy with the product and will continue business with Harbor Freight Tools ...but I guess that female manager has a very hard time with customer service and I was told to also write corporate because there was a truck there delivering and the forklift driver had no problem helping them. I guess she lied she didn't have one to just be plain lazy and rude.

He is very meticulous, helpful, and ended up getting way too many samples (thank you Gus!) when I started feeling unsure of my main base color. I ended up with a color I love and he ended up doing my neighbor's house as well because she appreciated his work. Another neighbor is likely going to use him next year once they are done with other remodeling. He also changed out some fixtures and details to match the new color scheme and the house looks great. I submitted pictures of the areas, and from the beginning to end his quote was very accurate with the pricing, I was afraid getting a quote based of the picture and then come out with a totally different total amount after the first in person but he didn't, he pretty much was pretty close to the original quote. Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. He offered me plenty of options and was willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to do. They showed up exactly when he said he would, his guys were very respectful of the home and and the premises, they came in, worked and left. No messing around! They did a great job fixing (patching up) the walls, painting and cleaning everything up. And once the job was completed he asked me to look around to make sure that I was satisfied and when I did find something that was missed (which was also my bad for not paying attention), I called and he right away took care of it and came over to make sure it was done properly. I will definitely use his service again and I highly recommend him!

Second job was remodel of 3rd bedroom/home office. Complete retexturing, paint, baseboards, barn door installation, closet door replacement, and custom closet shelving. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when.
