It's been over a year since I posted my review (the job was completed in Sept. 2022) and just received notification that the owner responded to it today. His whole post is a lie, so let me address and re-iterate my stance on the points that he brought up: ** they were the ONLY company that I hired to paint the house. All the pictures I posted depict the work of his crew throughout the process as well as the end result. His crew created all the issues. No one else worked on the house before or during the project. ** the wood siding WAS in great condition on the whole entire house. It just needed to be re-painted. We had 1 small area replaced on the side of the house because an old a/c unit was previously there and the venting hole was patched. The siding was great there as well, I just wanted it replaced for aesthetics. He subcontracted it out and his handyman did a great job, no complaints there. All the pics I posted are from the front of the house that his crew damaged while scraping the old paint off and then fixed with Drydex - drywall spackle. Yes, you read that right, they used drywall repair on wood siding. That's why there were pink spots of the drydex drying in the pics. **his crew drank beer and smoked marijuana while working. You can clearly see an empty Modelo can on the ground next to their garbage bag. They tossed most of the cans in our recycle bin. We had to keep the windows closed and stay indoors all day because they were smoking while they were working. When I told him about these activities he sent the crew to a different site the next day. They weren't fired. ** I spoke to him about these issues before the job was finished and he was nonchalant about them. He never came by to check on the crew once the job started. He tried to gaslight us just like in his post. He agreed with me about his crew's work ethics (only because the job took 2x as long as initially estimated and he needed them somewhere else) but did nothing. This company created all the issues with their substandard work. The quality is obvious in the pictures I've posted. read more

Vince himself came out on a Sunday to give me a estimate which was a surprise for me, he walked me through what services they would get for me and we walked every detail of the job. I'm not sure how the haro's stay in business. Have never been given the opportunity to be able to hire them. What I do know is I've contacted this company twice on two different occasions and both times I was told that they were unable to provide a service to me because they were too busy. I'll give any company a second chance but I won't waste anymore of my time trying to win their business. The ironic part was we never had a chance to talk so that he could have discovered that is was a business to business relationship I was trying to establish. Although the company has not yet completed the job I just really wanted to write another review. The pricing was GREAT and the best out of 4 companies, the workers are so freaking nice and friendly, not only are they here on time everyday the have always been 15 to 30 mins early. Today they will be completing the trim. We did a walk around already and will be doing 2 more. The owner is always sending text messages with updates due to weather and letting me know what time to expect the workers. My neighbors are talking about getting their homes painted and I hope they go with this company. Will add some before and after pictures in a few days. Bought an older house that needed a serious repainting job. I don't think the previous owner ever painted the house and their were tons on cracks in the foundation walls. I left a message for Vince Haro and he responded back almost instantly. He came by the same day and gave me a quote and I was shocked by how cheap the quote was for repair and painting the exterior of the house. He even repaired a faulty outside electrical outlet.
