We organised a day for the cleaning to take place, and he confirmed the appointment with me a couple of days before, and the first time, because it was due to rain, he suggested that we rearrange, which we did. My neighbor, Mr. Ed hired Phil to clean his gutters. Ed always spoke highly about the work Phil did at his house. I asked Phil for a bid to clean my gutters and he quoted me a very reasonable price. Just a little update: we've been using Phil for over 5 years now and 3 houses. I recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.
