Didn't show on requested day. So I rescheduled. They sent 1 person to clean exterior windows only of a 1-story house. He didn't do a good enough job, as was apparent when my house cleaner & I cleaned the insides of the windows. So we had to do the exterior "touch ups." I was looking at yelp and looking at reviews and decided to got with this guys. I called last week and spoke with Mason and he book me for next week. I follow up with them a day before the appointment which was late afternoon to confirm. Everything was set at 8:00 am. I waited for 1hr and nobody showed up. I called 3 times no one answers. Finally i get in touch with Nathan and ask if they were coming and he said we dont have anyone coming and wanted to reschedule. I ask him why is that when I confirmed the day before. He said I dont know and blame it to their CRM. This was unacceptable and poor bussiness practice.I suggest go somewhere else now i have to wait next week on my next day off. Please Beware read more

My wife hired this company to come out to clean our windows, gutters and wash down one side of the roof tiles. They only scooped dirt out from the gutters and never washed them out and never came back to finish washing the roof tiles I paid extra for... No response from owner. Beware !!! They were very fast to respond to my inquiry and called several times to schedule. When talking with him on the phone I asked about price. He said $10 per window. I did not question nor ask additional questions, however this was $10 for inside and $10 for outside. He also never told me that there would be a travel fee, this was another $140. I've learned my lesson that I need to ask additional questions. I will say that they did a good job cleaning the windows and they look sparkling! My wife Googled window cleaners in the Modesto - Bird's was one of several that came up. Several were called but David was the first to come to our house and the first to give us a quote. He was very friendly and presented himself as very professionally. So we went with him. We asked to have our windows cleaned, gutters cleaned and repaired in a few spots and our 49 solar panels cleaned. The gutters on one end of the house are 16 foot high with little access! David and his crew of 3 showed up a little early (who does that anymore??) but we're willing to wait if we weren't ready. They were all very respectful of us and our house! The result - the windows look fantastic! The solar panels haven't looked this good since new. They repaired the messed up downspout. They cleaned the gutters but we're honest and said the leaky bits just couldn't be repaired - just neglected too long unfortunately. But, as they could fix them, there was no repair charged. Very satisfied with the outcome. If my wife has her way, they'll be back every year! Thanks guys! read more
