We've used Birds several times and they are our go to when we need our windows cleaned. They are fast, efficient and easy to work with.

I was looking at yelp and looking at reviews and decided to got with this guys. I called last week and spoke with Mason and he book me for next week. I follow up with them a day before the appointment which was late afternoon to confirm. Everything was set at 8:00 am. I waited for 1hr and nobody showed up. I called 3 times no one answers. Finally i get in touch with Nathan and ask if they were coming and he said we dont have anyone coming and wanted to reschedule. I ask him why is that when I confirmed the day before. He said I dont know and blame it to their CRM. This was unacceptable and poor bussiness practice.I suggest go somewhere else now i have to wait next week on my next day off. Please Beware read more

Didn't show on requested day. So I rescheduled. They sent 1 person to clean exterior windows only of a 1-story house. He didn't do a good enough job, as was apparent when my house cleaner & I cleaned the insides of the windows. So we had to do the exterior "touch ups." Also, he missed entirely one of the patio sliders. I had paid quite a bit. Never using them again. read more

My wife hired this company to come out to clean our windows, gutters and wash down one side of the roof tiles. They only scooped dirt out from the gutters and never washed them out and never came back to finish washing the roof tiles I paid extra for... No response from owner. Beware !!! I can't say if my gutters are all clear and working right because we've not had any rain yet but they left their card and told me to call if the gutters are clogged and they'd take care of it. They were very fast to respond to my inquiry and called several times to schedule. When talking with him on the phone I asked about price. He said $10 per window. I did not question nor ask additional questions, however this was $10 for inside and $10 for outside. He also never told me that there would be a travel fee, this was another $140. I've learned my lesson that I need to ask additional questions. I will say that they did a good job cleaning the windows and they look sparkling! I am really impressed with Dave and his team of 5 (I believe). They showed up on time, at 7am, did a fantastic job on my gutters within about 1.5 hours. They actually cleaned the gutters and then follow up with cleaning all of the debris which fell on the ground. I will be sure to call them again. read more

I am also disappointed the owner's first instinct is to assume I am being untruthful, instead of taking into consideration that I may use my maiden name or my husband scheduled the service. My wife Googled window cleaners in the Modesto - Bird's was one of several that came up. Several were called but David was the first to come to our house and the first to give us a quote. He was very friendly and presented himself as very professionally. So we went with him. We asked to have our windows cleaned, gutters cleaned and repaired in a few spots and our 49 solar panels cleaned. The gutters on one end of the house are 16 foot high with little access! David and his crew of 3 showed up a little early (who does that anymore??) but we're willing to wait if we weren't ready. They were all very respectful of us and our house! The result - the windows look fantastic! The solar panels haven't looked this good since new. They repaired the messed up downspout. They cleaned the gutters but we're honest and said the leaky bits just couldn't be repaired - just neglected too long unfortunately. But, as they could fix them, there was no repair charged. Very satisfied with the outcome. If my wife has her way, they'll be back every year! Thanks guys! read more

He inspected the jobs and gave a very fair price to clean and make minor repairs where needed to the gutters and downspouts on all the buildings. We set up an appointment for him to return a week later to perform the work. They arrived on time and got the work done in just over 1/2 a day.
