I am getting a bit tired of writing five-star reviews for Five Star! LOL I have lost count often how many times I've used them. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks! read more

Donnie has built a truly Five Star company! Built on service, reliability, and great employees that are respectful and do a great job. I've had them out for years- twice or more for cleaning gutters- and now, finally, for cleaning my windows and sun screens. The windows were cleaned inside and out. Prompt, friendly and professional service! Called on a Sunday and they were there on Monday for a gutter clean, holiday light installation and gutter cover quote. Crew did a great job cleaning the gutters but also left the property and surrounding areas clean from debris. They also finished in the promised time frame. Holiday lights look amazing. Pros and cons about this company. friendly but leave a mess. Back in march 2025 they did roof and gutter cleaning for my red tile roof. I should have paid someone else for soft clean instead of pressure wash. Pressure wash took color off the tiles so there was a lot of reddish sands all over my property , pool,walls, ect. I had to call them back to clean it up so overall It was not a good experience for me. forward 8 months when it really rain hard . This was when I found out the rain spout was clogged, water was over flowing off the rain gutter. The lead tech said 15 years of experience it's not from what they did, it's from something else clogging it. I didn't want to argue anymore so I had to pay a plumber to come fix it. What came out was the same stuff that they pressure wash of the roof and gutter pushing it all down the rain spout clogging the in ground drain. Same stuff that was in my pool, and garbage can. It's just not right to pay for a gutter clean and then pay someone else to fix their mess. read more

For the past three years, we have had our Christmas lights put up and taken down by 5 Star Window and gutters. We will continue to use them for years to come!!! The owner is super responsive and helpful The staff that installs the lights is speedy when putting up lights and taking them down overall, this is a painless solution to something that usually takes hours of our time. The price does reflect that though! The install also includes a timer and set up of the timer for the lights so all you have to do is plug them in one time. One thing to note is that they schedule early in advance for the Christmas season so it's important to call and schedule early. Otherwise your lights will be put up in October. Also if you are a returning customer, they don't always send a reminder. I would recommending setting a reminder on your calendar. read more

Needed our windows cleaned on our new house. They came and washed our windows. We asked about some screens that needed to be replaced and they were able to make new ones. Finally we asked about our very large window near the pool and they suggested sun blocking screen for it and they came back a few days later and completed that job. Finally we asked about gutter blocking screen they were able to this also. All done professionally and charged a fair price. read more

If you're tired of dealing with businesses that don't seem to value your business, don't return your calls, and don't seem to care if they do a good job or not, then you need to call Five Star Windows. I called Donnie and he answered right away. He gave me a quote on a dryer vent cleaning and a gutter cleaning. Communication is excellent all the way around! Donnie had given me an approximate time that his crew would arrive, and Arnold called when they were on their way--super appreciated. In 2019, Donnie's crew installed 34 feet of stainless steel mesh gutter guards over the gutters that were near big trees. You can see in one of the photos how effective the guard is at catching even small debris from trees. Today I had Arnold and Elias install 38 more feet of gutter guards. I got a quote on how much it would be to cover the remaining 44 feet of gutters we have, and I'll be calling Donnie again to schedule this work. The service is a little bit costly, but it's worth it. I recommend this business of honest workers. They are professional have all the equipment and don't even ask you for a hose. They really had their stuff together and I was impressed. Also, I was certain that they clean the gutters because my garbage can is full of leaves that they were removed from out of my gutters and they showed me pictures of a couple areas where I got some rough spots where I need a little bit repair. We had Jerry and his crew wash the outside of the windows and screens last week. He also replaced screens on three screen doors with dust screens, which are a finer screening material. Five Star was at our neighbors house. I approached Jerry and he gave me an estimate on the spot and started on our windows as soon as he was done at our neighbors.
