I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

Before I even agreed to having them to do the work, they were incredibly helpful and responsive via text. They meticulously explained to me my options and answered all of my many many questions. The install itself was done very well. All of the wires were well hidden and the installation was clean. The lights are all perfectly spaced and look great. They extended the power cord and were able to plug it into a utility box on the side of the house so there are no obvious cords anywhere. Even after the holidays, we've used the lights to light our house the colors of our sports teams and to provide warm white accent lighting. The entire system, including battery and thirteen panels, was installed according to Ramiros's expert design within just four hours. But even before that, David our site survey tech, gave us the sense that all would proceed well, as he collected necessary data by drone, and made a favorable first impression with his personable approach.
