I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. EVERY inch of this home was cleaned, they even wiped the dust off of faux plants we have in our living room. Baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and windows were all cleaned.
