Jeff and Jose came together to clean 10 panels for me last weekend. They did and amazing job! Jeff even took before and after photos for me so I could see the difference and believe me there was a huge difference! I got a good value as they only charged me $99! Not bad for 10 panels, only $10 a panel which I felt was very fair. The entire job took them about a hour and a half and that was in some very hot weather too! I requested a service quote here on Yelp and was charged exactly as I was quoted for the service. I requested that they cleaned the 10 Solar panels and look for evidence of birds nesting under the panels. They found no evidence of birds nesting. I have multiple rental houses in Stockton area for over 15 years. I've worked with tens or hundred of handymen and services, trust me, this is my 1st time wanted to give a review on a vendor who cheats and has no sense of what cleaning is and not willing to know how a cleaning job should be done. I do not want anyone else be treated this way. Jeff Lee (the owner) sounded a nice guy when I talked to him over phone, although his price is not low. But I was surprised there are still lots of dirt and mud in the gutter after he claimed his gutter cleaning job was done (enclosed a couple of photos and welcome to contact me for more photos and videos), there are dirts on lower part of roof, on my whole backyard, deck, and ground around my house which was just been power washed a week ago! When I called him for the gutter was not cleaned, they need to be washed or vacuumed , he asked me to pay additional $75 for them to come back to clean them in right way because he already spent 2 hours on my house already! I am going to report this to BBB as well. Please do yourself a favor: go to find other cleaning company ! I never look at the door hangers which go straight to the trash. But when I saw Lee Solar Clean's tag, I remembered I needed to get my panels washed. I contacted him and told him how many panels I have. He said he also does a lot of other services such as gutter cleaning. Needed that too and got an estimate. It was obvious he was only going to soak the panels, not me. They arrived when scheduled. Their communication style is terrific. He let me know what he was going to do and got to work. He and his assistant brought out his equipment and got to work. It took about 3 hours and they were very thourough. We paid this guy for roof algae cleaning due to non renewal notice from our insurance company. The owner was fully aware of our predicament and ensured us that his service would resolve our issue. We are now having to hire and pay another company. Complete waste of money and time. I spoke to the owner and requested a refund and he has refused saying the roof is 'better' than it was. I am sure he won't mind me posting the 'after' pics that he provided since he considers this satisfactory.***UPDATE***In regard to the reply from the owner- the insurance company only asked for the algae to be removed!! There were no 'approved' methods or methods that would not be approved. We have never had to do this before so when Jeff told us he would be able to get the roof clean, we believed him. Very very pushy. If you don't like his prices, he'll text you and ask why, saying he's the best in town, asking who I went with instead and asking personal questions like "is it a financial issue"? That's not your business whatsoever but no. I had questions on what type of equipment they use like if the water is filtered, what type of cleaning do they do and they were not answered. He told me to go with Joel Solar instead but had a bad experience with him as well. Guess I'll have to look in another city for good work or do it myself. read more

I hired LSC in order to clean the roof on my house. He quoted a reasonable price, however it was not the expected pressure washing but instead some "magical" solution that "will have your roof looking 80-90% clean" in just a few days. Ttat sounded good, but - beware when it sounds too good to be true. Here is the result - the roof looks pretty much the same to me, and there is tons of pre-existing debree (moss etc) which Jeff did NOT clean. His "magical" solution, which he even used the duct tape to cover the name of, turned out to be Wet-n-Forget, I used it before and was very infective, and the reason I hired the "pros" to alleviate with professional washing. In addition, while he initially agreed to come and remove the leftover debree, he stormed out and left when I showed him a garage roof leak that coincided (time wise) with his "washing" (see attached, including thermal pictures). Thankfully for him, it was leaking from a guest bathroom that we didn't use but had guests over, and I informed him it's not his fault as it leaked again later. He never responded to my additional request to finish the job. Hope it helps others. read more

Responsive, Professional, Going Above and Beyond are a few attributes we would use to describe Lee Solar Cleaning. Needed to get bird nesting/droppings cleaned under/on solar panels and installing a bird barrier, so went online to research. Contacted numerous places and they were one of the first ones to respond and answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Whereas most other places nickeled and dimed for everything, Jeff at Lee Solar gave a very concise and competitive bid for the job. So, we went with his company. First off, they showed up on time with a crew of 2 (actually a little early, which was even better). Surveyed the area of the project and went over what was expected. Then off to work they went. They are hard workers, taking time to do a thorough job. They not only cleaned the areas around the solar panels, but cleaned another set of solar panels (these were another array that were not part of the job they were hired to do) and cleaned the gutters and patio. They left our backyard cleaner than when they came in. They truly went above and beyond. I will be calling them back for my annual cleanings for sure. read more
