Just had my gutters replaced. They did a great job and installed new screens to keep out all the roof/leaf debris. I don't know why the original owners did not do this in the first place. They were very professional and did the whole house in one day. They did a great job cleaning up. There was no mess, screws, or nails left behind, which has happened to me with contractors for other jobs. Overall, a great company to work with. read more

I had a great experience with company from start to finish. Eric was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process--he answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made everything easy to understand. Communication was excellent, and the team completed the job in just two days as promised. They were polite, professional, and very responsive to any requests I had along the way. They cleaned up everything afterward--you wouldn't even know major work had been done. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for reliable service and quality work! read more

When one of my gutters came down over the holidays, Nor Cal Gutter Solutions responded quickly to my Yelp Project request and gave me a quote the same day I added my contact info. Marcos and his team were quick. They showed up as promised and got the work done quickly. Their price was very competitive.

Nor Cal Gutter Solutions did an absolutely AMAZING job replacing the gutters on my house. They were able to install everything in one day, complete with a gutter guard, downspouts, and a few "roof hardening" spots. They were the second quote that I received and I'm so, so very grateful to Michael and the wonderful team at Nor Cal Gutter Solutions. They stayed true to the original estimate and were able to clear everything on the same day. Most importantly, as a dog mom, they triple checked for any loose screws, nails, or potential debris. I would happily recommend Nor Cal Gutter Solutions to any friends looking for amazing, durable gutters at an affordable price! read more

I reached out on yelp, got a reply fairly quickly. Serge requested I call him which I did. He said to send him pictures of my house and where I wanted my downspouts. He sent me his cell and I in turn sent him pictures. It has now been a week with no response. Guess my little house wasn't worth his time but at least a reply back would have been nice. All customers should matter whether their job is big or small. If you don't want to do the job, let your customer know. Awful. Just rude. read more

I highly recommend Nor Cal Gutter Solutions. After dealing with old gutters full of leaks, I got several quotes and chose them for their competitive pricing, their friendliness, and specialization - they focus exclusively on gutters, which I appreciated. Michael handled my estimate and was straightforward throughout the process. Serge did an excellent job with the project inspection and ensuring everything was done properly. Quick note: they communicate best by phone rather than email. They are on the road a lot, but are very good at answering and returning calls. What really impressed me was their service when a minor issue came up. Within 24 hours, Serge had identified the problem, communicated with Michael, and Michael had everything resolved. Absolutely amazing. I'm really into their honest, no-nonsense approach. As specialists, they aren't salespeople trying to up-sell you on unnecessary products. They use what they trust, recommend what you actually need, and deliver quality work without the smoke and mirrors. They are willing to tell you that not everything needs to be replaced, instead of up-selling. I ended up with new seamless gutters, I added gutter guards but as they say, optional and depends on the house and foliage nearby. I like specialists who know the ins and outs, I'm not big into salesmen. Out of all the contractors I met with, Nor Cal Gutter Solutions was the most friendly, made the most sense, and delivered fantastic work. No tricks, just honest, easy-to-work-with people who get the job done right. read more

Received a great quote and great result. The crew worked the entire day without stopping and did a fantastic job on our gutters! They even color matched our fascia without charging more. I got a lot of quotes but Michael's knowledge as a prior installer and the free color matching along with the quality work, made for a great experienece. Now my house looks BEAUTIFUL! read more

The team came to my house to add gutters, gutter guards, repair dry rot on my wood sitting. The gutter and gutter guard installation went smoothly. The dry rot repair had an issue due to the fact that a part of my original siding was a non-standard thickness (so part that was repaired didn't match original where they met up). However, Serge personally took action quickly on this to have his team come out and address the thickness. They resolved this one day later. The final product looks good gutters and gutter guards worked well through first big rain of the year. They did this work for a fair price. I plan on using them in the future. read more

Working with Nor Cal Gutter Solutions was wonderful from start to finish. On first contact a human picked up the phone right away (no voicemails and then waiting for a call back). He set up an appt very quickly for an estimate. Price was very fair for approx 300' of gutters plus downspouts on a 16' high covered riding arena. They were able to give me an appt to do the job within a couple of weeks at the busiest time of the year. Serge and the crew were very efficient and did a great job. Very thorough clean up. I wouldn't have even known they were here except for my nice new gutters and downspouts! Highly recommend! read more

I called Nor Cal, and another company, when I had an issue with one of my gutters that wasn't draining properly. Serge, who was extremely helpful, asked me to take a picture of the gutter to send to him. He called me back, and explained to me what needed to be done, and also saw one of my other gutters in the picture, that needed a slight adjustment. His estimate was extremely reasonable. Carlos, and Phillip, the technicians, did a great job replacing the old gutter with a new one, and making the adjustment to the other. They cleaned up around their work area before they left. Thank you so much Serge, Carlos, and Phillip! I will definitely refer your company to anyone needing your services! read more

My parents needed new gutters on the house and I found this company on yelp highly recommended. I contacted them and they responded within 30 mins. We booked with them and they did the whole house In one day. This includes taking off the old gutter and rotten facia board, installing new facia and some rafter tails, and installing the seamless gutters. I was surprised with the efficiency, speed, and quality of their work. Would 100% recthem to anyone that needs new gutters. read more

Thought I needed gutter repair but when Serge check out the problem in the area it was leaves/debris causing the issue. He cleaned out the area and checked other places. Unethical. Provided written bid/estimate. Did my research, compared quotes from two other providers. When I called back to confirm start date (and NorCal knew they had business) significantly increased the contract price. Not appreciated so I hired someone else. read more

These guys have excellent customer service. The best I've seen really. And they do quality work. They really go the distance making sure the job is done right. And after several quotes, they are also very reasonably priced. The only reason I would not recommended is because the gutter material itself is a poor product of low quality. Impossible to make a straight line so there are dips and bumps that are visually unpleasant read more

Nice guys and good work. Slightly higher price than other quotes, but much thicker gauge gutters and better product. They were great to work with. read more
