Michael truly deserves FIVE STARS as a construction estimator! My house needs new fascia and gutters, along with repairs to some of the rafter tails, so I contacted City Gutters for an estimate. Kate, who answered my call, was very kind and helpful. Michael arrived right on time and immediately made an excellent impression. He is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He was very patient and took a great deal of time to listen to my concerns, carefully inspect the current issues with my house, and explain the conditions and my repair and replacement options. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he wanted to make sure he understood every issue so his company could provide an effective, practical, and competitive quote that truly meets my house's needs. What impressed me most was Michael's diligence and genuine concern for his customer. He even came back a few days later with an updated repair plan, showing how committed he is to making sure everything is done thoughtfully and correctly. He is not only highly knowledgeable in his field, but also honest, kind, patient, and attentive. Thank you so much, Michael, for your time, professionalism, and dedication! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs gutter, fascia, or related construction work. He is truly a FIVE-STAR professional! read more

My old downspout went behind the front wall of the house and drained under a flowerbed. After numerous attempts to unclog it, I looked into having a company replace and reroute the downspout to drain into the yard. After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. The tech built and installed my new downspout in about an hour. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again. read more

I have to say City gutters is now my go to gutter company! I could not more be pleased with Michael, Dan and Anna in the scheduling process. They were responsive, professional, and very understanding of what I needed to have done. Once scheduled, Matt and Alex showed up on time which is very rare in this day and age. We walked through the job for the two downspouts to be added to my existing gutters. Once they started, Alex even asked me could I check the gutter in my backyard to make sure it was correct? We both agreed that the new gutter should match the exact angle and down angle of the existing gutter on the other end.. The first one that they made was different. He said no problem we are going to make this right. Bottom line: they did a phenomenal job installing both of the new downspouts to my gutters. In addition, they saw two problems and corrected them for my benefit. I could not be more pleased with City Gutters. I will always call them, they are the best! read more

I saw a City Gutter truck on my way to work and was so impressed by its professional appearance that I decided to have them review the $1600 quote I received a week before from Brothers that just do Gutters. I'm glad that I did! City Gutters came out, inspected my gutters, and recommended I repair them rather than replace them. If they were shady, they could have easily convinced me that I actually needed to do everything suggested in the original quote I shared. Instead, they saved me over $1,000! I'll definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them. read more

Had a really great experience with City Gutters and would definitely recommend them. They cleaned out my gutters, unclogged the downspouts, wire-brushed the rust, secured the downspouts properly, and applied sealant where needed. I also had them replace a section of rotting fascia board, and everything was done thoroughly and professionally. What stood out to me was how responsive they were -- they scheduled an in-person consultation the same day I reached out, and the work was completed just a couple of days later. The whole process felt seamless and easy. I'd absolutely use them again. read more

These people are fantastic! I had multiple gutter issues at different locations,, at least three other places I contacted either just never responded ,or provided any kind of estimate , after making me wait days after they said they would, but City Gutters was totally different, they responded immediately with a visit, and sent a very reasonable estimate within a day! They did a perfect repair on all gutter issues within another day, and also took pics of what they did to fix all the things, so because of them, this was a fantastic experience, I will now use them for total replacements, when I get a new roof in a few years, if you need gutters repaired and done well and timely for a great price, this is the place! read more

They handlifted the tile sand out of a portion of my gutters and were careful not to clog my old downspouts. They sealed a leaky corner, spray painted visible nail heads and secured a loose downpour. They were very capable, professional and nice. read more

Excellent experience with City Gutters. We needed some repair work, install of gutter guards and cleaning. We went out and received several bids and because of the repair work we also received several opinions on the repairs needed. I appreciated both their professionalism, very competitive pricing and their flexibility and openness in workshopping solutions that work for our family. We ended up using a modified version of their recommendation based on the leveling of our gutters and positions of downspouts on our very old home. They were also very fast and clean! read more

Very professional, reasonable price for quality work! On time, same day service with a smile!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the people at city gutters INC. So professional finally I found somebody that really does a great job! I would recommend city gutters, INC for anyone who needs their gutters cleaned out, gutter guards and repairs. City Gutters was great to work with! Our project had some challenges and we discussed what it would take to make it right up front. Excellent communication overall. The installers were a great team and worked with us to avoid plant damage. They picked up every scrap and left a very professional job. Very highly recommended. They are a versatile company so we will be calling back for other projects! read more

Great service, even cleared some of our problems during the free estimate. Got three bids and this was the most competitive.

They are professional and does great work at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

Fast, great work, well priced. Glad I called them to fix my gutter. Yelp wants a longer review, but my statement says it all. I'm a satisfied customer. read more

Easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, on time and respectful. I felt comfortable working with them and would hire them again.

Contacted City Gutters about having gutters added to the flat section of my house where I was getting some runoff. Andrey came out, was professional and polite and offered good options to address the issues I had. Offered a competitive price and quick turnaround (had to work around other contractors doing work in my yard). Signed the contract and on work day, Alex and Sergey showed up. They too were extremely professional and friendly. Did a great job and took their time blending in the new gutters to the old and addressing some weird downspout configurations. Once the were done, they cleaned up thoroughly making sure to find all the sharps with a magnet as they knew I had dogs. Would highly recommend read more

We needed to replace 96 ft of damaged gutter & 4 downspouts. Daniil came out to give us a quote on a Thursday, and the work was expertly completed the following Monday. 2 of the downspouts were tricky, as they were next to brick walls with large stones sticking out of them, and had to make a slight turn to empty into the catch basins. My husband (a contractor himself) was very pleased with the work. An estimator from another company advised me that there was dry rot beneath a section of gutter, and included its replacement in their quote. I asked Daniil his opinion, and he told me there was no evidence of dry rot, just needed some new primer & paint. I appreciated that very much. This company is efficient, organized, inspired confidence, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. read more

We chose city gutters for a few reasons. We received three quotes. The first quote was the most expensive and also they weren't willing to point out to me that I was asking for things I didn't need - I had asked for seamless gutters. Well I figured out on my own later that I already have them! They didn't tell me and were ready to take advantage of my naïveté and install a whole new gutter system that I already had lol. The second one had a great rate, confirmed I already had seamless gutters, and very nice but was clearly too busy to answer some of our questions and also we found out by #3 (SC Gutters) that we would have replaced our downspouts with materials (corrugated) more prone to leakage (SC Gutters called them DIY). Both #1 and #2 told me I had aluminum downspouts. Sc Gutters was #3 and Daniil came by for the quote. He was very nice and explained to me the materials my gutters were actually made of, why my downspouts likely broke the way they did so early, and he also had the same game-plan as person #1 , with a slightly lower price point. It seemed to be the best package for us and our new downspouts look great and our garage is no longer leaking. I highly recommend them and can't stress how great and kind Daniil was. He had the patience to explain things to a homeowner that knew nothing about gutters. He is a great employee. They scheduled us quickly and finished the job quickly as well. read more

City Gutters did a great job replacing all the gutters and downspouts on a two story house. Additional spouts were recommended and added for better water flow. I had good communication throughout the process. The work was done in orderly fashion and all clean up was done. The price was reasonable and i would recommend City Gutters to anyone. Our gutters were very neglected and overspilling everywhere. And we had a few spontaneous gardens growing out of certain spots. And one gutter spout was clogged and overflowing back into our garage. I contacted Maksim, and he was out in here in just a matter of days and had everything cleaned up and working like new. Including fixing our drainage problem, that had impacted our garage. He spent at least four fours working on our house (it was a mess), taking paint buckets full of debris out of the gutters. A day after he left, the rains came and we didn't have a single gutter spilling over or not working. Thank you so much for your hard work!! read more

I am beyond happy with City Gutters. I posted my request for gutter repair yesterday and within minutes had my first response from Maksim at City Gutters. He was so pleasant and helpful on the phone I decided to ask for needed help. Within 24 hours all work was done. In addition 30 feet of gutters were cleaned. And they cleaned up the ground. I believe they went above and beyond as they really care about doing quality work. My gutters are getting old and I will definitely give City Gutters a call when they need replacing. Their charge was absolutely fair and I probably got the better end of the deal. What a great company. read more

This was my first experience with City Gutter and I was very happy with their service. After my first call, they communicated with me regularly by text to obtain photos and have a better sense of what would be required. They were able to make an appointment within a week of my inquiry. Daniil arrived on time and was experienced. He cleaned out the gutter, changed the incline, and repaired a seal within an hour for half the cost I had expected. It was very reasonably priced, and I'm so glad I utilized their services. read more
