Kevin with Gill's Gutters was extremely professional and did an outstanding job on our home. He completed all of our gutters and downspouts in just one day, and the quality of his work was excellent. From the moment I spoke with him, it was clear he has years of experience and really knows what he's doing. The finished product looked so good that our next-door neighbors came over while he was working and asked him for a quote. Kevin took the time to meet with them, provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and was able to complete their gutter project as well. While talking with Kevin, I also learned that he's very knowledgeable about roofing, shingle repairs, and dry rot repair. He also enjoys building custom decks and patio covers, which shows the wide range of experience he brings to his work. My wife and I highly recommend Gill's Gutters. If you're looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and does quality work, give Kevin a call! read more

Service with a smile! We were fortunate enough to find Kevin Gill on Yelp and I'm so happy we did. He responded quickly and came out to our house to give us a quote for the replacement of a few wayward gutters on our house. He was professional, courteous, fair and so very nice! He was back a few days later to complete the job with the perfect match for our gutters. His work was flawless and he was in and out in the blink of an eye! We've had a number of projects going on at our house and his work on our gutters was the one thing that was seamless and smooth. We'll call him again when we need help with our gutters. You should too! You won't regret it. read more

Outstanding trademanship! Gill did what he does and everything was perfect. The prices were reasonable.

Kevin definitely knows his stuff and is great at explaining what needs to be done and why in a straightforward, no-pressure way. Kevin is professional and skilled at what he does. I had two 40' long gutters to be replaced and he measured, cut, and installed with no problems. He helped me address an undersized gutter and down spout issue which will save me money in the long run by not have to address dry rot or moisture issues. He's pleasant, honest, and efficient. As a bonus, he fixed a damaged down spout that he noticed and didn't charge me. I'd highly recommend Kevin Gill for your next gutter project. read more

Went above and beyond to fix all of the issues we had with our gutters. I highly highly recommend Gills Gutters.

Kevin communicated well, arrived promptly, executed a tricky job perfectly, and frankly charged less than the true value of his work. I would definitely turn to him again for any gutter needs. read more

Kevin squeezed me in on short notice. He was courteous, efficient, professional and charged a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Is there a higher than 5 star available ? Twice, contractors have tried to fix a leaking/flooding issue in my guest room. They believed they did and they didn't. A friend recommended Kevin to come take a look - presumably to fix a new gutter issue. But he realized exactly what the leaking/flooding issue was from that no one else figured out! he immediately referred me to a great guy whose team came in and took care of the issue (it wasn't just the gutter) - and he verified the actual issue through testing - and also affixed a temporary solution to stop the flooding from happening while we waited for the rain to pass. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who wants someone not only knowledgable but also friendly, prompt and thoughtful. If he hadn't gone the extra mile, it turns out i was only about 6 months away from my rim joist going bad from the leak! THANK YOU KEVIN! read more

We were very pleased with Gill's gutters. Kevin came out promptly in August when we first requested a bid. Unfortunately, we had costs overruns on our remodel project and we weren't able to proceed until this month. I contacted Kevin and had him come back over and refresh himself with the project. Kevin honored his original bid and highlighted some other costs that might be incurred, but he will advise when gutters were removed. Kevin stayed in constant contact while scheduling and stayed on time. Kevin and his small crew were very methodical, professional, and meticulous in their work. We still obtained two other bids, one was $400 higher and one that was $7K higher. The bidder that was $11K advised me that his crew would have to roll back the first two rows of shingles to cut back the plywood sheeting for the gutters to be properly attached. When Kevin came out the second time, he looked closer and told me that might be an extra cost. Once Kevin and his crew removed the gutters, he advised that the plywood would have to be trimmed back at an expense of $500. The other bidder quoted us $5K for the same process. I could not be happier with the way the job turned out. Kevin kept us in the loop in every step of the process. These gutters are guaranteed for 40 years and have a baked enamel paint. I highly recommend Gill's gutters and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Kevin did a great job cleaning my roof. I have very steep roofs on my two-story house. He had to bring special shoes because of the wood roof. He took before and after pictures and texted them to me. Kevin is absolutely amazing, hard to find a company that will repair gutters rather than give a huge quote to replace all. Kevin showed on time did a scan of the problem, called me with an estimate and finished the work in about 2-3hrs. Highly recommended. read more

We had an approximately 35 ft run of older gutter system that was too small, leaking....generally failing and causing issues for us, with a couple of particular technical aspects including it running just above a shade structure, and also along a section of flat roof with some kind of propylene (I believe) membrane material that the top inside edge of the gutter is placed under. Reached out to 3 contractors. One was unresponsive, and another indicated that the replacement would not be doable with the shade structure in place. I suspected that was not necessarily the case and that the added technicalities simply resulted in the job being not quick and easy enough for him to be willing to take it on, but that's fine, whatever the case.... Kevin of Gill's Gutters indicated that he could do the job for us, and his estimate was reasonable. As it seems to me is often the case with well regarded contractors, Gill's had quite a few jobs lined up and it took a while for them to get to us (I indicated that it did not seem to be an emergency, but that I wanted to get it done relatively soon). Once we got it scheduled, Kevin came out with his associate, in between forecasted periods of rain. They were prompt, professional, cleaned everything up afterwards, etc. Even given the technical issues, Kevin skillfully figured everything out and completed everything as agreed to, including without having to do a cost-added step that we agreed upfront might be necessary. He patiently and clearly answered our questions and gave sensible suggestions when asked. We'll see how it functions over time, but I anticipate that it will do well for us. As other reviews suggest, all indications seem to me to be that Gill's is a capable, reputable company, and we anticipate having Kevin give us a quote later for some other improvements that we look to have done after we do some more planning and budgeting. read more

I am very pleased with the response and quality of his work and would highly recommend you reach out to him if your in need of gutter repair or replacement. read more

We used Gills gutter services recently and could not be happier. I called Kevin after our recent rain storm and he was able to come by to take a look in a few days. We knew the gutters probably needed to be replaced but was hoping to salvage them for another 1-2 seasons. I initially called to have the gutters repaired but after inspecting them Kevin recommended replacing them. I appreciated his honesty, rather than offering a costly temporary fix. After a week or so we decided to move forward with the replacement. Kevin was able to begin work immediately. He was able to get all the gutters and downspouts done on a 3500sq ft home in 3 days. He has certainly been doing this for a long time as every step from take down and putting up new ones was strategically planned. The gutters were made on site with the least amount of seams. The bends on the downspouts are very clean and tight. (I'm sure not too many people can make them as clean). Kevin is meticulous to the point of using a leveler to straighten out every downspout!!He takes pride in what he does and it certainly shows. The finish product looks fabulous. Overall Kevin is a stand up guy. I would certainly use him again for our gutter needs and will recommend him to any family or friends without hesitation. read more

It was 11:30pm and I heard a loud bang from outside. I went outside to find that my gutter had ripped away from the house! Water was pooling in the middle of the gutter and was spilling over like a waterfall. I texted Kevin at 11:30pm and he got back to me first thing in the morning the next day. He came out super quickly! After looking at the gutters, he found three issues. First and foremost, there was a good amount of dirt that has now turned to mud. He cleaned out a good portion of it to allow water to flow. He also noticed that the original installation of the gutters was not right. They weren't angled properly so water was/is pooling because of it. He did his best to raise them near the center but couldn't get it to his satisfaction level simply due to how they were installed. He also noticed that the gutters were nailed in to the wood. He took out the nails and put proper screws with rubber washers in every 2 feet to make sure I was set to go and they wouldn't fall out again! Kevin also went above and beyond by checking the other areas of the house to make sure they were okay. And Kevin did all of that in the rain! I'd absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone needing gutter services! read more

Gill's Gutters did a great job replacing my gutter guards and even took extra initiative by pointing out an issue with my roof edging, finding a solution and did the work to fix it. Kevin did a fantastic job on our gutters this morning. He was super nice, professional, efficient, and honest, I really couldn't recommend these guys enough. I didn't realize how much nicer the house would look with new gutters, and I'm very excited to not have to climb up there and blow leaves all the time anymore. I was also impressed by how quickly they fit us into their schedule. After the job was done he even went through/around the gutters with a magnet, and made sure to clean up any straps or screws so that our dogs didn't step on them. We would highly recommend them, and will be having them do another house for us in the near future. read more

Refreshing to see a man run his business the way Kevin does. Hangs gutters like he's hanging them on his own house! Picking up after himself as though it's his front yard. Very personal and professional. If anyone has a problem with Kevin you're probably the same person that gives a 1 star review at a five-star restaurant only because you didn't like the hostess that seated you! Kevin came and added a section to my gutters. Work was quick and professional. I would recommend him to others.

Overdue for this review but the perfect time as we're currently having storm season of the century. Hired Kevin last fall to repair gutters and down spouts. Gutter were sagging. Had few other companies tell me I need a new gutter system and some said dry rot. Kevin came out and said it only needs to be reattached with longer screw. Old system were installed using 1.5 inch screws and he wanted to add 3inch. I didn't believe it at first but Kevin did a few areas to show me I don't need a new system. He went around entire house and secured all the loose areas with longer screws. He also added 2 areas where gutters needed to be and repaired all joints on the spout as they were all leaking. As we're here in March I've had zero issues. I've walked around the during storms to see if any leaks. Kevin does provide a 2 year warranty on his work. He did say his work is so perfect he knows he won't need to come back. You'll prob find someone that cost less than Kevin, but with Kevin you are paying for the quality and peace of mind the system won't fail. read more

Kevin was amazing. He was incredibly responsive and was one of few companies that got back to me in a timely manner. Even in the midst of juggling a busy schedule he made a point to come and see our home and provide an estimate and professional expertise about the gutter installation and repair of existing gutters. He also was true to his promise that he would get the gutters up before the rain came and worked with us to get into his schedule as soon as possible. We plan to have him return to do additional work to our project in a few months and have him out to clean and maintain the gutters he put on. All in all, we are so appreciative to have this checked off of our to-do list! I do not do many reviews but when it was hard to find someone and we had many other companies that flaked on estimates, Gill's Gutter was top notch! read more

I left Kevin a message on a Sunday thinking I wouldn't hear back till later on in the week. Meanwhile, went to Home Depot to try to find a quick fix to prep for the upcoming rain. Kevin called me back within an hour of my message. I was at Home Depot and he walked me through how he would go about the repair. I was really impressed that he took time on a Sunday to walk me through the steps and help me out. I plan on calling him back if / when my shoddy workmanship doesn't last. Thanks Kevin! read more
